    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless device may generate a coded pseudorandom using an encoder that implements error detection and/or error correction techniques. A bit sequence of information bits may be segmented into a plurality of bit groups, and each bit group may be mapped to a respective symbol to generate a plurality of ordered information symbols. The plurality of ordered information symbols may be encoded (e.g., by the encoder) to generate a plurality of codewords. Each codeword may be demapped to generate a plurality of sequences that are multiplexed to generate the pseudorandom sequence. A signal that is generated based on the pseudorandom sequence may be transmitted by the wireless device. In some examples, the wireless device may generate a reference signal based on orthogonal or pseudo-orthogonal random sequences generated by applying an orthogonal cover code to a pseudorandom sequence.

A user equipment (UE) may select at least one of a primary carrier associated with a physical uplink control channel group or a secondary carrier associated with a physical uplink control channel group for transmitting a physical uplink control channel message to a base station. The UE may transmit, based on selecting at least one of the primary carrier or the secondary carrier, the physical uplink control channel message using at least one of the primary carrier or the secondary carrier.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support feedback-related signaling designs that support a feedback mechanism for uplink data transmissions that use or include multiple transport blocks (TBs). The UE may transmit a data message including multiple TBs and a feedback process identifier (ID) corresponding to the data message may be associated with the multiple TBs. If the data message is a configured grant (CG) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission, the UE may multiplex uplink control information (UCI) with the data message that indicates feedback-related information for each of the multiple TBs. The network entity may attempt to decode the data message including the multiple TBs and may generate downlink feedback information (DFI) based on whether the network entity successfully decodes one or more of the multiple TBs.
