    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first UE (e.g., aggressor UE) receives PL RS from a second UE (e.g., victim UE). The first UE determines a PL associated with the PL RS (e.g., based on a transmission power of the PL RS). The first UE performs one or more transmissions, in one or more full duplex (FD) resources, one or more transmissions with a transmission power that is based at least in part on the PL associated with the PL RS (e.g., PL may be used to determine a maximum transmission power that functions as a power control constraint on a power control algorithm that sets the transmission power). In this manner, CLI at the second UE may be reduced. In some designs, a network entity (e.g., base station) configures the PL RS.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for receiving an uplink cancelation indication (ULCI) with a number of bits that indicate resources on which one or more uplink channels are to be modified; determining, from at least two uplink transmission groups characterized by different spatial parameters, at least one uplink transmission group to which a received ULCI applies in a component charrier; and modifying the one or more uplink channels that belong to the determined uplink transmission group in accordance with the ULCI. For example, modifying the one or more uplink channels includes at least partially canceling the one or more uplink channels if the resources indicated in the ULCI overlap with the resources of the one or more uplink channels. The one or more uplink channels may include at least one of: one or more physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) or one or more PUSCH repetitions.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for quasi-colocation (QCL) assumptions, such as QCL assumptions for combined single-DCI (downlink control information) and multi-DCI mTRP (multiple transmission reception point) scenarios. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving signaling configuring the UE with a first index value associated with a first plurality of control resource sets (CORESETS) and a second index value associated with a second plurality of CORESETS. The UE may receive at least one medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) that activates a set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states, indicates one of the first or second index values, and that maps at least one TCI codepoint in downlink control information (DCI) to two TCI states. The UE may determine one or more TCI states to use for receiving one or more transmissions based, at least in part, on the mapping.

In some aspects, a first network node may identify interference associated with a first direction on a resource. The first network node may transmit, to a second network node in a time window associated with the resource, an indication that the resource is restricted with regard to communications, by the second network node, in a second direction on the resource, wherein the second direction is opposite the first direction.
