    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode and a display device are disclosed. The organic light-emitting diode includes an organic light-emitting layer and a first light ray adjusting layer, wherein the organic light-emitting layer is configured to generate at least first incident light and second light to enter the first light ray adjusting layer to form a first refracted light ray and a second refracted light ray respectively, and a refraction angle of the first refracted light ray is smaller than a refraction angle of the first refracted light ray. A first refractive index of the first light ray adjusting layer on a propagation path of the second refracted light ray is greater than that of the first light ray adjusting layer on a propagation path of the first refracted light ray.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a first active layer, located on the base substrate; a first insulating layer, located on the first active layer and the base substrate; a gate electrode, located at a side of the first insulating layer away from the first active layer; a second insulating layer, located on the gate electrode and the first insulating layer; a second active layer, located on the second insulating layer away from the gate electrode; a first drain electrode and a first source electrode, being in partial contact with the first active layer, respectively; a second drain electrode and a second source electrode, being in partial contact with the second active layer, respectively; and a pixel electrode, the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode are electrically connected, the first source electrode and the second source electrode are electrically connected, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected with at least one of the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode. The array substrate can improve the responding speed and charging efficiency, and avoid increasing the aperture opening ratio at the same time.

    Abstract: A touch panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a touch device are disclosed, which belongs to the field of manufacturing touch panel. The touch panel includes a substrate, a black matrix in an annular area at edges of the substrate and a transparent conductive pattern. The transparent conductive pattern has an overlapping region with the black matrix in the annular area. The transparent conductive pattern includes a plurality of lateral touch driving lines, a plurality of longitudinal touch sensing lines and a plurality of padding blocks. The plurality of Txs laterally disposed and the plurality of Rxs longitudinally disposed are insulated from each other. The distribution density of the padding blocks in the overlapping region is greater than the distribution density of the padding blocks in the view area.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate, first electrodes above the base substrate, and a light emitting layer disposed at a side of the first electrodes distal from the base substrate, the display substrate further includes signal lines extending in a first direction and fuse wires extending in a second direction, each fuse wire has a fusing point higher than that of the light emitting layer, the fuse wires are located at a side of the light emitting layer proximal to the base substrate and in contact with the light emitting layer, each fuse wire is electrically coupled to at least two signal lines, and an orthographic projection of at least one first electrode on the base substrate is located between orthographic projections of the at least two signal lines on the base substrate.

    Abstract: A film and a device for tearing film. The film includes a film body and a first protection film, and the first protection film includes a first magnetic part. Thus, the first protection film of the film can be torn off and removed by magnetic force, without contacting with the film by using adhesive tape, thereby avoiding a problem of failure of capturing the adhesive tape due to limited precision of the mechanical arm transmission, so that success rate of tearing film is improved and a problem of damaging the film body due to too large press force is avoided.

    Abstract: A shift register unit, a drive method, a gate drive circuit and a display device are provided, in the field of display technologies. A first input signal terminal connected to an input control circuit of the shift register unit is connected to a first output terminal of a shift register unit at a previous stage, and a second input signal terminal connected to the input control circuit is connected to a second output terminal of the shift register unit at the previous stage. A signal output by the first output terminal of the shift register unit at the previous stage is a first clock signal and a signal output by the second output terminal is a second clock signal. Therefore, the first control node of the shift register unit may be controlled by flexibly adjusting a timing sequence of the first clock signal and the second clock signal.
