Abstract:
An agricultural tool includes a motor, a first driving gear to be driven by the motor, a second driving gear to be driven by the motor, and a main gear including a plurality of openings along a periphery of the main gear. The plurality of openings include a first opening and a second opening. The main gear includes a first receiving portion that defines a first receiving space, and a second receiving portion that defines a second receiving space. The first opening corresponds and is attached to the first receiving space, and the second opening corresponds and is attached to the second receiving space. The first driving gear and the second driving gear engage with the periphery of the main gear to drive the main gear.
Abstract:
A shoot binder for straightening and tying shoots of plants arranged in a linear row. A piece of holding equipment is attached to a work vehicle and can reach over the row. A straightening system straightens plant shoots protruding from the row, with at least part of the straightening system arranged on both sides of the row. A twine guiding device from which at least one twine element is unwound in order to restrain the shoots of the plants in a foliage wall on each side of the row. A connecting device performs a connecting operation for connecting the twine elements guided on both sides of the row.
Abstract:
A method of restricting the growth of vines along a guy wire includes possessing a member defining a tapered chamber having first and second openings. The chamber is tapered such that the chamber is widest at the first opening. The method further includes positioning the member such that the guy wire extends through the first opening, the second opening, and the tapered chamber.
Abstract:
A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle to draw out a tape, a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle, and a tape gripping device attached to the clincher arm to grip the tape. The tape gripping device includes a support portion, a gripping member, a gripping member urging unit, a lock member and a lock member urging unit. The support portion is provided along a drawing direction of the tape. The gripping member is provided to face the support portion. The gripping member urging unit urges the gripping member toward the support portion. The lock member is engaged with the gripping member to hold the gripping member against an urging force of the gripping member urging unit. The lock member urging unit urges the lock member in an engaging direction with the gripping member. The lock member is rotatably attached to the clincher arm.
Abstract:
A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle, a clincher arm and a tape gripping device. The main handle is configured to draw out a tape. The clincher arm is provided such that an end portion side of the clincher arm is configured to be close to and be away from a tape guide. The tape gripping device is attached to the clincher arm and is configured to grip the tape drawn out from the main handle. The tape gripping device includes a support portion and a gripping member. The support portion is provided on the clincher arm. The gripping member is provided so as to face the support portion. The tape gripping device is configured to sandwich and grip the tape by the support portion and the gripping member.
Abstract:
A binding machine for gardening includes a binding machine main body, a magazine attached to the binding machine main body and loaded with a tape, and a clincher arm rotatably attached to the binding machine main body and configured to draw the tape out of the magazine and bind an object to be bound which is wound by the tape. The magazine includes a housing in which the tape is loaded, a boss provided at a center of the housing and configured to support a reel around which the tape is wound, and an abutting member rotatably attached to the boss and abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the reel.
Abstract:
A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle capable of drawing out a tape from a front end portion thereof, a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle, a tape gripping device attached to a front end portion of the clincher arm and is capable of gripping an end portion of the tape drawn out from the front end portion of the main handle, and a bonding unit configured to bond end portions of an overlapped tape. In a case where the clincher arm completely closed with respect to the main handle is viewed from the side, when a bonding direction of the bonding unit is defined as a longitudinal direction and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is defined as a transverse direction, the tape gripping device is configured such that a width in the longitudinal direction thereof is 1.5 times or less than a width in the transverse direction thereof.
Abstract:
Disclosed therein is a binder for horticultural use, which is to be used to tie stems and branches to pros or guiding strings such that garden or agricultural products can be properly grown up. The binder for horticultural use that, instead of a stapler for supplying staples, includes: a taper frame having a holder groove disposed at one side thereof; a binding heating cable unit having a binding heating cable therein for receiving an electric current from a power supply unit; and a holder to which the binding heating cable unit is detachably attached, the holder being inserted into the holder groove, so that the binder can bind both ends of a tape together by partially melting the tape made of synthetic resin material by heat without using the staples.
Abstract:
A machine (1) for tying vegetation, in particular vine, raspberry or similar branches, including a unit (4) for lifting up the branches, an element (5) for supplying tying-up wires (50) and members (7, 8) for binding the tying-up wires. These binding members include two pivoting arms (7, 8) that are mounted to pivot around vertical axes (A) and be moved by jacks. One of the arms (7) comprises an on-board tie magazine (71) that is arranged in the extension of a tying head (72), and the other arm (8) includes an insertion head (82) cooperating with the tying head (72) when the arms (7, 8) are in a working position in order to fit the tie (60) on the tying-up wires (50).
Abstract:
In a vineyard or the like, a system for positioning and tensioning the wires which form the trellis disposed between and among an array of metal posts upon which vines are trained, including retainers for selectively positioning wires relative to the metal posts and each other and further including a subsystem for applying the appropriate tension to the various wires making up the trellis.
