In an aspect, an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node sets a downlink transmission timing of the IAB node relative to a downlink reception timing of the IAB node based on a first set of values for a set of timing parameters, receives, from a parent IAB node of the IAB node, a second set of values for the set of timing parameters, and transmits, to a positioning entity, a report indicating a change from the first set of values to the second set of values, a new downlink transmission timing based on the second set of values, or a change in downlink transmission timing.

摘要: A noise reduction system for a digital receiver reduces noise in signals received at the digital receiver. The digital receiver includes an input for receiving an analogue signal, analogue signal processing circuitry for processing an analogue signal, and an output for providing the processed signal to a digital signal processor. The noise reduction system is located between the input and the digital receiver input, and includes a first component that outputs results of a noise signal identification and a second component that applies one or more counter-measure to the received analogue signal to produce a modified analogue signal. The modified analogue signal has a reduced level of noise compared to the received analogue signal, wherein the noise reduction system is arranged to assess the effectiveness of the one or more counter-measures applied by the second component to determine whether any further counter-measures are required.

摘要: To configure an IAB node for multiplexing communications within an IAB network, processing circuitry is to encode configuration signaling for transmission to a CU function of an IAB donor node. The configuration signaling indicates a multiplexing capability of the IAB node. RRC signaling from the CU function of the IAB donor node is decoded. The RRC signaling configures scheduling resources for a parent backhaul link between the MT function of the IAB node and a DU function of a parent IAB node based on the multiplexing capability of the MT and DU functions of the IAB node. Uplink data is encoded for transmission to the parent IAB node by the MT function using to the scheduling resources for the parent backhaul link. Transmission of the uplink data is multiplexed with transmission or reception of data by the DU function of the IAB node based on the multiplexing capability.

摘要: Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) includes a first node of a plurality of nodes which self-assigns a role as a part of a network-spanning backbone upon a determination by the first node that one or more criteria have been satisfied. The first node uses the network-spanning backbone to facilitate a first-tier control plane communication service within the MANET. The first node also communicates within the MANET using a second-tier control plane communication service separate from the first-tier control plane communication service. The second-tier control plane communication service is used by the first node when communicating exclusively with neighbor nodes that are a 1-hop distance from the first node.
