    摘要: The inventive label sensing device includes a label detector within a housing. The label detector includes a bearing assembly serving as a piston, the bearing assembly having a roller bearing for riding over label material. The roller bearing moves the bearing assembly vertically as the roller bearing rides over the label material based on the height differential of the label and the label substrate. The bearing assembly is in contact with the first end of a lever arm at a pivot point located on the bearing assembly. As the bearing assembly moves up and down, the first end of the lever arm moves responsive to movement of the pivot, generating an amplified signal in the second end of the lever arm, proportional to movement of the roller bearing. Provided at a location adjacent to the second end of the lever arm is a proximity sensor for detecting the movement of the second end of the lever arm within a soft switching region.

The slot assembly test apparatus comprises: a platform; a slot assembly fixture disposed on the platform for positioning the slot assembly in which the card has been inserted; a pushing device; and a touching device. The pushing device is disposed on the platform and capable of moving between a first position, at which the card is pushed by the first pushing device to a predetermined position, and a second position, at which the first pushing device is drawn away from the card. The touching device disposed on the platform is capable of touching the ejection mechanism of the slot assembly so as to eject the card from the slot assembly.

    摘要: A method for the finishing treatment of work pieces, uses a processing device including a tool spindle for a processing tool and a numerically controlled (NC) feeding device. The force of the contact pressure applied to the work piece on the side of the work piece is measured and the measured force values are supplied to the numerical control (NC), which determines and fixes the feed rate at which the processing tool is advanced against the work piece. The finishing treatment is carried out in a force-controlled operating mode, in which the feed rate is controlled depending on the force of the contact pressure acting on the processing tool. A processing device is employed whose tool spindle is movably supported in the direction of the feeding movement on leaf springs on the feeding device. The processing device includes a force-measuring device effective between the tool spindle and the feeding device and operating substantially free of deformation. In the force-controlled operating mode, feed rate values are allocated to the values measured by the force-measuring device at a cycle control frequency preset by the numerical control (NC), whereby the allocation is fixed according to a damping function.
