摘要: A circuit protection assembly (CPA) is disposed between a source of power and a circuit to be protected. The CPA comprises a mounting block having a bore extending therethrough and a recess cavity on a first surface of the mounting block. A post having a first end is disposed within the recess cavity and a body portion extends through the bore. The body portion configured to receive a terminal and the second end configured to receive a securing mechanism. A fuse having a centrally disposed aperture is configured to receive the body portion of the post and to receive the terminal for connection to a circuit to be protected. An insulator disposed on the terminal and disposed beneath the securing mechanism. The insulator configured to isolate the post from the terminal and the fuse while allowing the securing mechanism to apply an amount of torque.

摘要: A grounding terminal fitting (A) includes a base terminal fitting (10) having mounting holes (12, 13) and a base-side locking portion (14, 15), and a combined terminal fitting (20) separate from the base terminal fitting (10) and to be fixed while being overlapped on the base terminal fitting (10) by being locked to the base-side locking portion (14, 15). The combined terminal fitting (20) includes at least one wire connecting terminal fitting (21) formed with a through hole (23) to be aligned with the mounting hole (12, 13) for the passage of a bolt (35). A wire connecting portion (29) for connecting a grounding wire (32) and a combining locking portion (25, 26, 27, 28). When the combining locking portions (25, 26, 27, 28) are locked together, the wire connecting terminal fittings (21) are overlapped and fixed and the through holes (23) are aligned with one another.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrical connection device (100) including a terminal block (10) and busbar (12) assembly, the terminal block (10) including a first connection point (6) for receiving the lug (24) of a first cable and a second connection point (7) for receiving the lug (20) of a second cable. The second connection point (7) is adjacent to and offset from the first connection point (6). The connection points (6, 7) are positioned such that, when the two cables are connected substantially parallel to the axis, the second cable or the lug (20) thereof prevents access to the first connection point (6). The connection points (6, 7) are preferably offset horizontally and vertically. Preferably, a control cable is connected to the first connection point (6) and a power cable is connected to the second connection point (7).

A placement surface of the placement portion on which the distal end portion of the heat-shrinkable tube is placed is disposed at a higher position than a lower surface of the counterpart connecting portion of the terminal held by the terminal holding portion.

摘要: A connection structure of a terminal fitting includes the terminal fitting including a terminal body, and a plurality of terminal connection portions extending from the terminal body and connection terminals connected to end portions of electric wires. Each of the connection terminals includes a pair of fastening caulking pieces which erects on opposite side portions of a terminal bottom portion. The pair of the fastening caulking pieces are caulked with opposite side portions of a corresponding one of the terminal connection portions from outside so that the connection terminal is caulked and fastened to the terminal fitting. Concave-convex engagement portions are provided in opposed surfaces in which the terminal connection portion and the terminal bottom portion abut against each other. The terminal fitting is connected to the electric wires through the connection terminals.
