摘要: The present invention discloses a heat exchanger with microchannel, parallel flow, all-aluminum flat tube welding structure, wherein the heat exchange part of the heat exchanger is formed by flat tubes composed of extruded thin-wall aluminum profiles in parallel arrangement. Compared to existing technology, the present invention has the following advantages: 1. The heat exchange efficiency of refrigerant and the inner wall of flat tubes is increased by 40%, and the flow resistance of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger is reduced by 40%. 2. The heat exchange efficiency of fins on air side is increased by 40%, and the wind resistance of the heat exchanger on air side is reduced by 40%. 3. The heat exchange performance of the entire heat exchanger is improved by 40%. 4. The refrigerant covered is 40% less than that in the conventional technology. 5. All-aluminum structure features longer service life due to no copper-aluminum potential difference when comparing with copper-aluminum structure. The flat tubes adopted by the present invention are provided with the advantages of resistance to high pressure restricted by the existing refrigerant, compact product structure, light unit weight, short process flow, and high manufacturing reliability and relatively low cost. The present invention also discloses the application of the abovementioned heat exchanger.

摘要: According to a method for producing head elements for heaters, a piece of sheet metal (1) is deep drawn and cut along the edge (9) of an open side (6) to obtain a hollow body (8) with larger and narrower sides (4,5,14,15). An aperture (12) is made on each opposite larger side (4,5) of the hollow body, and threaded rings (26) are then applied around the lateral through apertures (12). Notches (16) are made on the opposite large sides (4,5), along the edge (9) of the open side (6), and then three cores (18) are introduced through the edge (9), so that a flange (17) around the notches (16) can be made by pressing, so as to close the sheet metal (1) around the cores (18) widening the notches (16). After the cores (18) have been removed, the edge (9) is welded along the flange (17) of the widened notches (16), thus obtaining holes (21) separated from each other.

摘要: The method of die casting a metallic cast product having a hollow metallic member embedded therein by locating the hollow member in position in a casting cavity and injecting molten metal into the cavity around the hollow member including confining a pressure resisting medium within the interior of the hollow member by seals prior to injecting the molten metal into the cavity, thereby positively preventing the hollow member from being collapsed by the pressure of the molten metal injected into the cavity. The pressure resisting medium is sealingly confined within the hollow member by tightly applying a sealing plug to the respective open ends of the hollow member after the pressure resisting medium completely fills the hollow member. One of the sealing plugs may be movable in response to the increase in the internal pressure of the pressure resisting medium. The movable plug is located in cooperation with a plunger actuated by a fluid actuated cylinder mechanism so as to apply to the movable plug a constant resisting force resisting against the internal pressure of the pressure resisting medium. This permits the movable plug to be moved depending upon the increase in the internal pressure of the pressure resisting medium so as to relieve the internal pressure and prevent the hollow member from being damaged due to the excessive internal pressure of the pressure resisting medium.

摘要: A radiator-convector comprising a plurality of modular elements which are assembled to one another and comprise each a pair of hollow and parallel sleeves. A plate extends in a perpendicular plane to the plane whereon said sleeve axes lie. The laminar rib is integral with the sleeves. Substantially parallel oblique fins extend from the opposed faces of the plate and obliquely with respect to the sleeve axes lying plane. The plate is further provided on its front edge with front fins which, when the modular elements are assembled, define a front wall and define, with the plate of adjacent elements, vertical channels whereto oblique channels open which are defined by the oblique fins.
