The present invention discloses a cover device used to cover the built-in valve mounting channel port of IBC and a container. The IBC comprises a side plate, a base and a channel located in the base and used to receive the built-in valve. The cover device comprises a cover and structures or components used to detachably connect the cover to the side plate over the channel. The cover can be installed on the base at the position adjacent to the side plate, and can be rotated around a rotational axis of the cover itself, so as to open or cover the channel port. The cover is further provided with a lock hole, and the base is provided with a locking slot, so that the cover can be locked to the base by a disposable lock. The cover device of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Further, it can well achieve the effect of dust-proof and/or thief-evident.

At its lower end there is an outlet port for releasing the contents of the container. The outlet port includes a valve which is moveable between open and closed positions for controlling the flow of contents from the container. The hopper system includes a connector for attaching a vacuum source to the container and in communication with the interior of the container and a reclamation inlet in the container and communicating with a reclamation line for drawing abrasives into the interior of the container when the vacuum source is attached to the container.

The invention is a safety device, and a container utilizing such a device, for release of pressure from a closed container, when the container is heated. The container has a ventilation opening, sealed by a disk which is made to melt at a critical temperature. The disk is manufactured from a plastic and has at least one recess in the area of the ventilation opening. The ventilation opening is situated at one end of a ventilation pipe, wherein the pipe is at least partially overlapped by the affixing device and detachably connected to it. The ventilation pipe has an exterior threading located at the end of the pipe overlapped by the affixing device. The detachable connection can be made by screwing the sleeve nut onto the exterior threading. The disk has a design of varied geometry embedded therein; the design creating varying surface thicknesses for the disk, which allow the disk to melt at varying rates depending upon the temperature of the interior of the container.

A container for carrying and dispensing liquid and semi-liquid products includes an inner product tank received within an outer protective tank. The inner tank receives the liquid or semi-liquid product to be transported from one location to another, while the outer tank protects the inner tank from punctures and other damage during transport of the container, and during discharge and refill of product in the inner tank. The outer tank has downwardly extending support legs, which enable separate containers to be stacked atop each other. The support legs of the outer tank transfer the stacking load from the top surface to the bottom surface of the outer tank legs and for reducing load stresses on the inner tank holding the liquid or semi-liquid product. The inner and outer tanks cooperate with each other to facilitate drainage and cleaning of the inner tank, and for protection of a product pump including a discharge hose, while one or more tanks are stacked atop each other during transit. A sight window on the surfaces of the inner and outer tanks, and a product tube extending into the inner tank, provide an observable indication of the quantity of product remaining in the inner product tank. The container provides a system for safely and efficiently transporting liquid and semi-liquid products together with the equipment necessary for selectively discharging the product from the container at the desired location.

Locking plates are further provided at the bottoms of end frames of the tank container, each locking plate having a plurality of further openings for engagement by locking members as commonly provided on road and railway vehicles for ISO containers. A portion of an upper transverse bar of each end frame is formed as a grappler arm pocket provided with an upper guide plate. A replacement bottom for a bulk paint container is disclosed in which a drain valve is mounted above the lowermost extent of the container portion so that the bulk paint container can be picked up by a forklift in any one of four directions. The bulk paint container has a body with an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall and has a synthetic filler in the area between the inner and outer bottom walls. Leg members are bolted to the body and are formed of a single piece of metal that is folded upon itself to form a polygonal leg. In addition, the outer side wall of the bulk paint container is formed from a single piece of metal that is folded upon itself to create a polygonal member. The drain valve is bolted to the inner bottom wall and is easily replaced. The replacement bottom is welded to the top of an existing bulk container, preferably at two weld points, one inside the container and one outside the container.
