摘要: A system described herein may receive a request to bridge an asset from a first distributed ledger to a second distributed ledger. The system may record, to the first distributed ledger, information indicating that the asset is frozen. The first distributed ledger may maintain information indicating that the frozen asset remains associated with an owner of the asset. The system may record, to the second distributed ledger, a bridged version of the asset, and may link the asset to the bridged asset. The system may identify a transfer of the bridged version of the asset to a second owner, and record, to the first distributed ledger and based on the linking of the asset to the bridged asset, information disassociating the first owner from the asset.

摘要: A system described herein may receive a first request to establish, modify, or remove a plurality of communication sessions between a User Equipment (“UE”) and a network. The system may output, to a policy element of the network (e.g., a Policy Control Function (“PCF”) or a Policy Charging and Rules Function (“PCRF”)), a second request for policies associated with the UE and the plurality of communication sessions, where the second request includes a plurality of communication session identifiers that are each associated with a particular one of the plurality of communication sessions. The system may receive and enforce the requested policy information when establishing, modifying, or removing the requested plurality of communication sessions based on the received particular policy information. The system may communicate with the policy element via an enhanced interface, such as an enhanced N7 interface or an enhanced Npcf interface.

摘要: The present teaching is directed to clustering with denoising capability and its use in network capacity planning. Data samples with attributes of network elements and respective key performance indicators are first clustered to obtain initial clusters. Each initial cluster is hierarchically clustered to generate subclusters, each of which is detected as a pure or an impure subcluster based on some criterion. Each impure subcluster is denoised based on a situation detected, with some samples merged with a corresponding pure subcluster, some bootstrapped using additional data samples with consistent properties, and some removed if additional data sample with consistent properties is not available. The denoising is iteratively performed until a denoising criterion is satisfied to obtain denoised clusters corresponding to clusters of network elements. Actions may be performed on the network elements according to their corresponding denoised clusters.

摘要: A method, a device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are described in relation to a spectrum sharing between terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks service. The spectrum sharing between terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks service may intelligently manage radios of radio access network devices based on the coverage areas of non-terrestrial network devices and their shared frequency spectrum. The service may disable and enable the radios associated with the shared frequency spectrum based on time periods and coverage area factors. For example, the disablement may include the turning off the radios and the enablement may include the turning on of the radios.
