    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided by the present application. The display panel includes a photosensitive functional region, and an optical waveguide module is disposed on a light-emitting side of the panel main body. The optical waveguide module comprises an optical coupling-in part, an optical waveguide layer, and an optical coupling-out part. The optical coupling-in part is connected with the optical waveguide layer, the optical coupling-out part is connected with the optical waveguide layer. The optical coupling-out part is positioned at a side of the light coupling-in portion and opposites to the photosensitive functional region. The optical coupling-out part is configured to introduce part of the light from the outside world. The optical waveguide layer is configured to guide the light introduced by the optical coupling-in part.

    Abstract: The present application provides a dimming layer for a display module and the display module, wherein a side surface of the dimming layer is formed with nano-pillars arranged in an array, and wherein the dimming layer is configured to pass through incident light perpendicular to a surface of the dimming layer and is configured to absorb incident light not perpendicular to the surface of the dimming layer. A light propagation direction is modulated by the dimming layer to achieve adjustment between wide and narrow viewing angles.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a display panel and a display panel manufactured using the same. The display panel includes: a substrate, a photoresist layer, a flexible substrate layer, a lower polarizer, a retardation film, a liquid crystal layer, and an upper polarizer, which are laminated disposed. The method includes steps of: providing a substrate; forming a flexible substrate layer on the substrate; forming a lower polarizer on the flexible substrate layer by coating; forming a liquid crystal layer on the lower polarizer; and forming an upper polarizer on the liquid crystal layer by coating.
