摘要： A leather-like sheet material comprising a substrate layer composed of an entangled nonwoven fabric consisting of ultrafine fibers and an elastic polymer or elastomer filled therein and having, on one side (side A) of the substrate layer, a grain layer comprising an elastomer mainly consisting of a polyurethane, wherein the ultrafine fibers (a) constituting the side A of the substrate layer have a mean fineness substantially within the range of 0.01 to 0.5 decitex and the ultrafine fibers (b) substantially constituting the other side (side B) opposite to the side A of the substrate layer have a mean fineness of not more than ½ of the mean fineness of the ultrafine fibers (a).

摘要： An oil tone artificial leather sheet having a blend of an oily substance of viscosity 50-10,000 mPa·s at 30° C. and a supporting polymer on part or all of a nap surface of a napped sheet comprising a non-woven fabric of microfine fibers and polyurethane existing in the non-woven fabric, wherein raised fibers comprising the microfine fibers are present in part or all of at least one surface and are forming the nap surface, and which has a high-quality appearance, and the soft hand touch and touch of natural leather. The sheet is useful in, for example, the manufacture of shoes or the like.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a leather-like sheet which comprises a fibrous base material (A), a concealing layer (B), an easily dyeable layer (C) each on the fibrous base material (A) in this order, an image (D) formed on the easily dyeable layer (C) which image has resolution of at least 4 dots/mm and is depicted by an ink-jet system, and a transparent or translucent protective layer (E) on the image; a process for producing the leather-like sheet; and a leather-like sheet for use in depicting an image by an ink-jet system which leather-like sheet comprises a concealing layer (B) and an easily dyeable layer (C) in turn on a fibrous base material (A). The above leather-like sheet has a vivid, precise, fine, abrasion-resistant and high color-fastness image which is depicted by an ink-jet system. Moreover, the above process enables the production of the high-quality leather-like sheet in high productivity without any troublesome procedure or much labor.

摘要： A raised sheet composed of three layers which are united by entanglement. The three layers are united in a layered structure of entangled nonwoven fabric A made of microfine fibers/polyurethane sheet B/woven or knitted fabric C or a layered structure of entangled nonwoven fabric A made of microfine fibers/woven or knitted fabric C/polyurethane sheet B. On the surface of the entangled nonwoven fabric A, raised naps of the microfine fibers are formed. A part of the microfine fibers constituting the entangled nonwoven fabric A penetrates through the polyurethane sheet B and the woven or knitted fabric C in this order, or penetrates through the woven or knitted fabric C and the polyurethane sheet B in this order. At least a part of the penetrated microfine fibers bonds to polyurethane which constitutes the polyurethane sheet B. The raised sheet is excellent in the shape stability, for example, it does not lose its shape even after a long term use. In addition, the raised sheet has a good surface abrasion resistance and a soft and high-quality hand.

摘要： A method of producing an entangled fabric for artificial leathers including a step of uniting a woven/knitted fabric and an entangled nonwoven fabric by entanglement. The method includes (1) a step of superposing the woven/knitted fabric on one surface of the entangled nonwoven fabric; (2) a step of needle-punching the superposed body from a side of the entangled nonwoven fabric so as to allow fibers constituting the entangled nonwoven fabric to enter into the woven/knitted fabric and then penetrate through the woven/knitted fabric, thereby forming a nonwoven fabric layer composed of the penetrated fibers on an outer surface of the woven/knitted fabric; and (3) a step of needle-punching from a side of the nonwoven fabric layer so as to allow a part of the fibers which have penetrated through the woven/knitted fabric and form the nonwoven fabric layer to turn back into the woven/knitted fabric, thereby uniting the woven/knitted fabric and the entangled nonwoven fabric together by entanglement. The method hardly causes wrinkles, etc. and is good in process passing properties. The artificial leathers produced from the entangled fabric for artificial leathers have a good shape stability, a high-quality appearance and a soft, high quality hand.

摘要： A leather-like sheet having naps on its surface and having writing effect, a high-class external appearance, hand touch and feel like natural leather, and folds like natural leather. When it is subjected to lasting shoemaking, it is possible to obtain shoes which have at its surface no unevenness and do not get out of shape. A leather-like sheet wherein the following fiber-entangled nonwoven fabrics (A) and (B) are stacked with an adhesive agent present in a discontinuous state: (A) a fiber-entangled nonwoven fabric containing an elastic polymer and comprising a microfine fiber (a) having a fineness of 0.1 denier or less, the surface opposite to its stacking surf ace being fluffed, and rupture elongations in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions thereof being 50% or more and 80% or more, respectively, and (B) a fiber-entangled nonwoven fabric containing an elastic polymer and comprising a microfine fiber (b) having a fineness of 0.5 denier or less, the fineness being 4 times or more larger than that of the fiber (a), and rupture elongations in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions thereof being 50% or more and 80% or more, respectively.
