Abstract: An integrated waste gas treatment system includes an adsorption/desorption device that receives a waste gas that includes an organic compound and an organic nitrogen compound exhausted from a semiconductor manufacturing facility, where the adsorption/desorption device adsorbs the organic compound and the organic nitrogen compound and concentrates and desorbs the organic compound and the organic nitrogen compound, and a catalytic decomposition device disposed adjacent to the adsorption/desorption device, where the catalytic decomposition device includes a catalytic chamber that provides a gas passage through which a gas desorbed from the adsorption/desorption device flows and an oxidation-reduction catalyst disposed in the gas passage that removes the organic compound and the organic nitrogen compound from the desorbed gas. The organic compound and the organic nitrogen compound are subjected to an oxidation treatment by the oxidation-reduction catalyst, and nitrogen oxides generated by the oxidation treatment are removed by a selective reduction reaction.

Abstract: An operating method and an apparatus are provided in which state information is received from at least one of a higher layer and a plurality of terminals. A respective allocation resource is determined for each of the plurality of terminals, based on the state information. A respective guard band is determined to be allocated for each of the plurality of terminals, based on the respective allocation resource. Respective resource blocks (RBs) are determined for each of the plurality of terminals, based on the respective guard band. Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device may include pixels arranged in rows and columns, gate drivers connected to the rows of the pixels through gate lines, source drivers connected to the columns of the pixels through source lines, and a timing controller configured to control the gate drivers and the source drivers. The source driver associated with the specific pixel among the source drives may first supply an overdrive voltage corresponding to a final overdrive value to a source line connected to the specific pixel and then supply a source line voltage corresponding to a current value of the specific pixel to the source line. The overdrive controller may change weight values of at least two overdrive values based on a position of the specific pixel and interpolate the at least two overdrive values.
