Abstract:
An organic light emitting diode device can have an enhanced thin film encapsulation layer for preventing moisture from permeating from the outside. The thin film encapsulation layer can have a multilayered structure in which one or more inorganic layers and one or more organic layers are alternately laminated. A barrier can be formed outside of a portion of the substrate on which the organic light emitting diode is formed. The organic layers of the thin film encapsulation layer can be formed inside an area defined by the barrier.
Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; an organic emission layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on the organic emission layer; and a sealing layer including a capping film, a first inorganic film, a first organic film, a second inorganic film and a hydroxyquinoline-based blocking film between the second electrode and the first organic film that are sequentially stacked on the second electrode, the hydroxyquinoline-based blocking film comprising a hydroxyquinoline-based compound.
Abstract:
In an organic light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the organic light emitting device, reflective layers are formed on pixel definition layers to prevent the generation of an open edge defect (or a non-transfer defect) in forming light emitting layers. The organic light emitting device includes a base, first electrodes patterned and formed on the base, light emitting layers formed on the first electrodes, and a second electrode formed on the light emitting layers. Pixel definition layers are formed between the patterned first electrodes, and reflective layers are disposed in the pixel definition layers.
Abstract:
A display device includes a substrate, a display area disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of pixels and data lines, a peripheral area disposed outside the display area of the substrate, a pad portion disposed in the peripheral area, an encapsulation layer disposed in the peripheral area and the display area, and disposed on the plurality of pixels of the display area, a crack detection circuit disposed in the peripheral area, and a first crack detection line connected with the pad portion and the crack detection circuit. The first crack detection line is disposed on the encapsulation layer.
