Abstract: A display device and an inspection method of the display device includes: a display area including pixels and data lines; and a non-display area located around the display area and including an inspection unit, in which a first data line includes a first inspection line located in the inspection unit, a second data line adjacent to the first data line includes a second inspection line located in the inspection unit, the first inspection line extends in a second direction different from the first direction, the second inspection line includes a first portion extending in the second direction, a second portion bent toward the first inspection line from the first portion and then extending toward the first inspection line, and a third portion bent from the second portion and extending in parallel with the first inspection line, and end portions of the first and second inspection lines are spaced apart.

Abstract: A display device may include a first display substrate. The first display substrate may include a first line disposed in the non-display region to apply a common voltage to the display region, a gate driving circuit disposed in the non-display region between the display region and the first line, gate lines connected to the gate driving circuit, and a second line disposed between the first line and the gate driving circuit. The gate driving circuit may include clock signal lines, each of which receives a clock signal, and stage circuits connected to corresponding ones of the clock signal lines and the gate lines to output gate signals. The second line may be disposed between the first line and one of the clock signal lines disposed closest to the first line and may be electrically disconnected from the stage circuits.

Abstract: A display device may include gate lines, clock lines, a gate driver, connection lines, and compensators. The gate driver may be electrically connected to the gate lines and disposed between the gate lines and the clock lines. The connection lines may be electrically connected to the clock lines and may transmit clock signals to the gate driver. The compensators may be respectively electrically connected to the connection lines. One of the clock lines may be electrically connected to one of the compensators and may be electrically connected to one of the connection lines. The one of the clock lines may be positioned between a first section of the one of the compensators and a first section of the one of the connection lines.

The first portion overlaps the plate portion of the first and second subpixel electrodes. A voltage difference between the first subpixel electrode and a common voltage is larger than a voltage difference between the second subpixel electrode and the common voltage.
