Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor device, a solid-state image pickup element, an image pickup device, and an electronic apparatus that are enabled to reduce restrictions on materials and restrictions on device configuration. A CSP imager and a mounting substrate are connected together with a connection portion other than a solder ball. With such a configuration, restrictions on materials and restrictions on device configuration are reduced, which has conventionally occurred because it is limited to a configuration in which solder balls are used for connection. The present disclosure can be applied to image pickup devices.
Abstract:
An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging unit that respectively generates, with imaging devices different from one another, a first captured image with a specific direction of a subject set in a longitudinal direction, a second captured image with an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the specific direction set in a longitudinal direction and including a subject adjacent to one side of the orthogonal direction of the subject included in the first captured image, and a third captured image with the orthogonal direction set in a longitudinal direction and including a subject adjacent to the other side of the orthogonal direction of the subject included in the first captured image; a detecting unit that detects a state of the imaging apparatus; and a control unit that determines, based on the detected state, a range of a target image as a target of display or recording among the first to third captured images.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus includes imaging units and a display control unit. The imaging units are arranged, on a surface almost parallel to a display surface of a display unit, in a direction almost orthogonal to a long side of the display unit. The display control unit controls, in a state in which the long side of the display unit is almost parallel to a direction of gravitational force, the display unit to display a plurality of areas of a horizontally long image, which is obtained by connecting images generated by the imaging units, in rows in a longitudinal direction of the display unit. The display control unit controls the display unit to display, as those areas, first and second images including areas of both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the horizontally long image, and a third image including an area present between the both end portions.
