The invention concerns a double-walled tube (1) for storing and dispensing hazardous products, comprising an inner tube (10) with a skirt (13), a shoulder (12) and an inner neck (11) delimiting an inner orifice (14), a metal tube with a skirt (25), a shoulder (24) and an outer neck (21), the two tubes being mutually connected at their necks (11 and 21) by a joining piece (30) comprising a bottom (34) and at least an outer skirt (35) enclosing the two necks (11 and 21). The invention is characterised in that the joining piece (30) is provided with an inner skirt (31) with its outer wall having a globally truncated profile, such that, when the joining piece (30) is forcefully pushed down, said inner skirt (31) causes the median parts of the necks (11 and 21) to expand at their circumference, thus widening the ends of said necks.

A tube (1) including a head (2) of molded plastic composition and a flexible sidewall (4) affixed to this head (2), including a neck (6 and 7) with an opening (8) connected by a detachable sealed annular portion (11) to a continuous bottom (12) of a closure (20) in the form of an inverted hat topping the neck, the bottom (12) of the closure being joined to an external sidewall (13) of the closure, and the closure carrying a means (17) for reclosing the neck in a sealed manner after the detachment of said annular portion (11). The neck has an inner annular edge (7) demarcating its opening (8), the edge (7) and an annular portion (14 and 15) of the closure (20) that extends from the junction of the base (12) and the annular detachable portion (11) up to an annular portion of the external sidewall (13) located above the connection (16) of the base (12) and the sidewall (13) each have a thickness of between 1.1 and 1.6 mm, their rigidity thus promoting the detachment of the detachable annular portion (11). The invention is applicable to tubes with a detachable cover containing cream-like or paste-like products, in particular toothpaste.

A container and stopper assembly with the container having a head comprising a neck connected by a shoulder to a body of the container. The stopper and the head have respective complementary locking portions for locking by rotation. The locking portions are an elastically flexible axial blade carried by the stopper and axial portions carried by the shoulder. The axial portions include a first portion for catching and retaining the blade and a second portion for abutment of the blade ensuring that it is retained by the first portion and between the two portions.

The invention relates to a tube (1) having a neck (2) with a distribution orifice (3). The neck (2) being followed by a shoulder (4) and a flexible skirt (5) and, above the skirt (5). The neck (2) has an external, annular, tight fixing element (10, 30) for an external neck (27) by engagement and in that neck (2) which comprises two chambers (6, 7). The chambers are tight with respect to one another up to the distribution orifice (3). The first (6) communicating with the interior (8) of the skirt (5) of the tube (1) and the second (7) carrying through side window or windows (9). The invention also relates to the distributor obtained by engaging an external tube on the tube. It is used for the storage and distribution, without prior contact, of pairs of products in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or cleaning industries.

The invention discloses a method of and apparatus for inserting a lid, or plug closure, in a container body by use of a thrust member bearing on the back surface of the lid in which the thrust member is applied in such a way as to obtain a creasing of the lid when the pressure of the air trapped in the said body increases, this air then escaping between the lid and the container body. The invention is applicable to the fields of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, hygiene products and foodstuffs.

The invention relates to a unit made up of a cap and a receptacle with a neck made of plastics, the cap includes a base made of plastics, the base including a sealing member inside the neck which can be fixed on the neck simply by pushing and snapping it on. The base and neck, by longitudinal insertion, cooperate to prevent relative rotation. When the base is pushed onto the neck, insertion with a full cross-section is initiated, then forced insertion of the sealing member in the neck is initiated, and then the snapping on action is initiated. The cap of the invention is used to provide decorated tubes, with the cap oriented in a constant and definitive manner relative to the tubes.

A distributor for pasty products having a sliding piston and a distribution head. The distribution head has a tubular, deformable pumping member, an actuator acting on the pumping member and an expelling valve. An upper end of an upper tube of the pumping member forms an annual end edge. The expelling valve has a flexible disk with a periphery kept in engagement with the end edge of the tube by a central bearing member of the disk. The bearing member is connected to the actuator, the flexible disk and the end edge of the tube.

The invention concerns a tube with a plastic neck and with a cover to be welded over the neck after its cap has been fixed, the cover having at least one projecting portion for pulling it off, with cap holding the cover while it is being sealed over the neck. The cover has one or more projecting tabs, at least one of which is used to pull off the sealed cover and the cover is deformable and has little or no resilience. The end of the cap has a shoulder to press the cover onto the neck, which shoulder is configured so that it does not bear on the burrs of the neck, and the neck and cap have space between them for the bent back projecting tab or tabs of the cover. The invention also concerns a method of sealing the tube by induction of ultrasonic welding. The invention is used for the packaging of toiletries, cosmetics or food products.

The invention concerns a process for the production of a container (46) or tube (45) fitted with a pump (1) for the distribution of a liquid or creamy product, said pump (1) bearing an annular fixing rim (2), the periphery of which is of plastics material at least at its surface wherein: (a) the pump (1) is disposed between tools which sealingly clamp the rim (2) and contain the pump (1) with clearances limiting the rise in temperature thereof in the moulding operation; (b) the body or the skirt (19) is disposed around a tool, the upper end thereof projecting beyond same; (c) the assembly of tools is disposed in such a way as to form an annular moulding space which is fed by way of a plurality of injection ducts and connects said annular rim (2) to the projecting end of said body or skirt (19); and (d) molten plastics material is injected into said annular moulding space by way of said ducts, the assembly is left to cool and the resulting tube (25) is removed from the mould. The invention also concerns the assembly of die tools used and the resulting container or tube (45), the corresponding pump (1) preferably being a pump without air return. Such containers or tubes (45) are used in the fields of cosmetology, pharmacy, hygiene and foodstuff products.

The overcap carries an axial plate (33) radially flexible and circumferentially rigid. The neck base (10) is provided with at least an opening stop (12), and at least a closure stop (11), of lesser height. When the overcap (30) is screwed on the head for mounting the assembly, the free end of the axial plate is urged into contact with a first wall (14) of the opening stop (12) and the axial plate whereof the free end is urged by a centrifugal motion, is elastically deformed then, folds down towards the neck in a space between the opening (12) and closure (11) stops, its displacement being thereby restricted.
