An example method of tracking targets with bistatic radio frequency sensing includes receiving a scanning reference signal, generating a scanning signal report indicating one or more target groups associated with the scanning reference signal, transmitting the scanning signal report, receiving tracking signal configuration information indicating a tracking reference signal associated with the one or more target groups, receiving the tracking reference signal identified in the tracking signal configuration information, and tracking the one or more target groups associated with the tracking reference signal.

A radio access network (RAN) node may generate a message indicating one or more TCI-states, one or more SRs, or one or more PL-RSs to utilize for multi-CC communication. The message may include an index identifying a group of two or more CCs of a plurality of access CCs or a plurality of sidelink CCs associated with the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs. A user equipment (UE) may receive the message and update the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs for the group of two or more CC for the multi-CC communication based on the message.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for synchronization signal block (SSB) patterns with gaps. A method that may be performed by a network entity (e.g., a BS) generally includes determining a synchronization signal block (SSB) pattern that identifies SSB positions for sweeping a set of SSB beams over multiple SSB bursts with gaps between at least some of the SSB positions, wherein the SSB pattern identifies a subset of the set of SSB beams to use per SSB burst. The method generally includes transmitting SSBs over the multiple SSB bursts in accordance with the pattern.

For messages, such as ACK/NACK feedback in a communication system, messages having an occurrence above or below a certain number of events (e.g., ACK/NACK events) or a probability of the occurrence may be compressed into a single message. By compressing the messages into a single message, the overhead used to transmit such messages may be reduced.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques that may allow a base station and user equipment (UE) to be in agreement on spatial quasi co-location (QCL) assumptions for transmission in certain scenarios. The techniques may be used, for example, to determine QCL assumptions for downlink transmissions sent in an initial control resource set (CORESET) on an initial downlink bandwidth part (BWP) where dedicated signaling of such assumptions may be lacking. In some cases, the techniques may involve a UE determining a beam to use for monitoring for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission on the initial CORESET in the initial downlink BWP that lacks dedicated signaling of QCL information and monitoring for the PDCCH on the initial CORESET in the initial BWP using the determined beam. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

The pose information may be used to determine a position of the UE, and one or more beam parameters may be requested based on the position of the UE. The position information of the UE may include position information for a current time period, predictive position information for one or more future time periods, or any combinations thereof. The UE may transmit a beam request to a base station for one or more beams for the current time period, for one or more future time periods, or any combinations thereof. The UE may request a switch between beams of differing beamwidths or having the same beamwidth, or request a change of a beamwidth of an existing beam.

摘要: A configuration for an originating wireless device to transmit one or more MAC-CEs, where each of the one or more MAC-CEs include information related to the number of MAC-CEs transmitted. The apparatus transmits at least one of a plurality of related MAC-CEs to a second wireless device based on a determination of at least a first path of a plurality of paths to transmit the at least one of the plurality of related MAC-CEs. The at least one of the plurality of related MAC-CEs indicates a number of the plurality of related MAC-CEs transmitted by the first wireless device. The apparatus monitors for a response MAC-CE from the second wireless device based on a transmission of the at least one of the plurality of related MAC-CEs. The response MAC-CE corresponds to an activation of the MAC-CE transmitted to the second wireless device.
