In some aspects, a user equipment may determine a transmission frequency for an uplink transmission based at least in part on a reference point for the uplink transmission, the reference point being associated with one of: a satellite that provides a cell covering the user equipment, the satellite being associated with a non-terrestrial network, or a gateway associated with the satellite; and transmit the uplink transmission based at least in part on the transmission frequency. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sounding reference signal (SRS) resource configuration and processing enhancements. A method generally includes receiving, from the network, signaling indicating a sounding reference signal (SRS) configuration allocating a plurality of symbols for SRS transmissions within an uplink (UL) subframe, detecting a collision between at least one of the allocated SRS symbols and another type of UL transmission, and taking one or more actions regarding the SRS transmissions, based on the detection of the collision.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may transmit DCIs to a UE to schedule instances of one or more MBS TBs, the multiple instances of the one or more TBs being time-interleaved. For example, the network entity may transmit a first set of DCIs scheduling a first set of instances of a first TB, and a second set of DCIs scheduling a second set of instances of a second TB, where at least one instance of the first set of instances may be interleaved with the second set of instances. In some cases, the first and second set of DCIs may include one DCI to schedule the respective set of instances, or one DCI per instance of the respective set of instances. Additionally, or alternatively, the network entity may indicate one or more parameters to the UE associated with MBS inter-TB time interleaving.

Abstract: In some implementations, a location server may, in a positioning session between the location server and a user equipment (UE): receive, from the UE, a report message comprising reference signal time difference (RSTD) measurement information of an RSTD measurement, performed by the UE, of radio frequency (RF) signals, wherein: at least one RF signal of the RF signals is transmitted by an NTN Next Generation Radio Access Network (NG-RAN) node, and the RSTD measurement information comprises an offset to compensate for a delay in the at least one RF signal. The location server may determine a position of the UE based at least in part on the RSTD measurement information.
