    Abstract: In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a first network entity, a multiple component carrier (CC) signaling message including multiple CC scheduling information. The method also includes receiving, by the UE from, a downlink control information transmission indicating a downlink control information indication for multiple CCs, and determining a first downlink control information parameter for a first CC and a second downlink control information parameter for a second CC based on the downlink control information indication and the multiple CC scheduling information. The method further includes receiving, from the first network entity, a first downlink transmission for the first CC based on the first downlink control information parameter, and receiving, from a second network entity, a second downlink transmission for the second CC based on the second downlink control information parameter. In other aspects, uplink transmissions may be sent.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to detecting maximum permissible exposure (MPE) events and/or reporting the MPE event, related metrics, associated requests for beam switching or new time division duplexing (TDD) patterns, etc. In an aspect, a MPE event can be detected on at least one component carrier (CC) of multiple CCs configured with a first cell in inter-band carrier aggregation (CA), and one of a MPE report or a beam switching request can be transmitted to a second cell on a different CC of the multiple CCs. In another aspect, the cell can detect the MPE and can transmit, to the device, a beam switching command to switch to a new beam for uplink communications. In another aspect, the cell can transmitting, to another cell having another CC of the multiple CCs configured with the device, an indication to perform beam switching for the device.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicating a first uplink message using a first uplink carrier and a first timing advance (TA) value associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a second uplink message using a second uplink carrier and a second TA value associated with a second TCI state for the UE. The UE may receive a timing advance group (TAG) configuration which indicates a TA value to apply for a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier of the serving cell, which is one of the first TA or second TA values. The UE may then transmit a SUL message using the SUL carrier of the serving cell in accordance with the TA value determined for the SUL carrier based on the TAG configuration for the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive control signaling indicating a beam group reporting configuration including a trigger condition for reporting channel state information (CSI) associated with multiple beam groups each including multiple beams. The UE may transmit a first uplink message including an indication that the trigger condition has been satisfied, and may transmit a second uplink message including a measurement report that includes CSI associated with at least a first beam group of the multiple beam groups, the first beam group being associated with satisfaction of the trigger condition. The UE may then receive, in response to the second uplink message, additional control signaling including beam information for communications between the base station and the UE, and may communicate with the base station in accordance with the beam information.

In one example, a scheduled entity may receive a scheduling grant from a scheduling entity. The scheduling grant may further include a codepoint including TCI state indicators mapping the scheduling and non-scheduling assignments to corresponding TCI states.
