Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may receive an indication of one or more parameters for communications over a sidelink channel during a first time period, where the one or more parameters may include a time threshold for a second resource pool. The wireless device may transmit data over a first resource pool of the sidelink channel during a first portion of the first time period based on the one or more parameters, the first resource pool including resources for communications between the first wireless device and a second wireless device. Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a network node includes transmitting, to a group of user equipment (UEs), radio resource control (RRC) signaling to configure a function for enabling and disabling hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a set of N instances of a multicast transport block (TB). The method also includes transmitting, to the group of UEs, the set of N instances of the multicast TB. The method further includes transmitting, to the group of UEs, a downlink control information (DCI) message on a group-common physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) scrambled by a group-common radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) configured for the group of UEs. The method also includes receiving, from one or more UEs of the group of UEs, a HARQ feedback message associated with one or more instances of the set of N instances after transmitting all N instances.
