    Abstract: A UE includes: a transceiver configured to receive positioning signals from a positioning-signal source; a memory; and a processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver and the memory, the processor configured to: measure a plurality of the positioning signals, from a plurality of ports, spanning a collection of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed symbols to obtain a plurality of multi-port measurements; determine, based on the plurality of multi-port measurements, that a particular effective beam corresponds to an earliest time of arrival from the positioning-signal source to the UE of a plurality of effective beams associated with the plurality of ports; and send, via the transceiver to a first network entity, abeam indication indicative of the particular effective beam.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for adaptive subcarrier spacing in wireless communication networks are described. For example, the described aspects include transmitting, from the UE to a network entity, a first PRACH transmission with a first subcarrier spacing; determining, by the UE, that the first PRACH transmission to the network entity is not successful; and transmitting, from the UE, a second PRACH transmission with a second subcarrier spacing in response to determining that the first PRACH transmission is not successful, wherein the first subcarrier spacing is different from the second subcarrier spacing.

    Abstract: A victim user equipment (UE) may experience cross-link interference (CLI) from transmissions from an aggressor UE. The present disclosure provides for a cell-group transmission power control (TPC) command that allows the base station to adjust the transmission power of uplink transmissions on multiple cells in order to mitigate cross-link interference. A UE may receive the cell-group TPC command as a single downlink control information (DCI) that indicates a plurality of TPC commands for a plurality of cells that are configured for the UE. The UE may adjust a transmit power for a respective uplink transmission for each respective cell of the plurality of cells based on a respective TPC command of the plurality of TPC commands.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate an uplink control information (UCI) message including a scheduling request bit multiplexed with a first UCI bit and a second UCI bit, including: selecting a set of sequences, of a set of candidate sets of sequences, to use for multiplexing the first UCI bit and the second UCI bit, the selection of the set of sequences indicating the scheduling request bit, and multiplexing the first UCI bit and the second UCI bit based at least in part on the set of sequences.     Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to provide a CSI report including an expiration time to a base station to reduce the risk of improper scheduling decisions at the base station based on outdated CSI reports. The UE obtains a channel measurement signal from the base station. The UE identifies CSI based on the channel measurement signal and provides a CSI report to the base station including the CSI. The CSI report further includes an expiration time for the CSI report. The base station obtains the CSI report from the UE including the expiration time for the CSI report, and the base station processes downlink data for transmission based on the expiration time in the CSI report.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, signaling indicating an assignment of resources in a physical time domain to a set of contiguous symbols in a virtual domain. Each symbol of the set of contiguous symbols in the virtual domain may be associated with a respective orthogonal frequency-division multiplexed (OFDM) symbol of a respective one of a multiple sets of one or more contiguous OFDM symbols in the physical time domain. Each set of OFDM symbols may be associated with a respective slot of multiple slots in the physical time domain. The multiple sets of OFDM symbols may carry a single physical channel payload. The method also includes mapping the physical time domain resources to the multiple sets of OFDM symbols based on the assignment of the physical time domain resources to the set of contiguous symbols in the virtual domain. The method further includes receiving or transmitting the multiple sets of OFDM symbols on the physical time domain resources based on the mapping.
