Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining resources for sidelink communications based on coordination information. A method that may be performed by a first wireless device includes receiving, from second wireless devices, reports indicating coordination information associated with candidate resources and assigning ranks to the reports. The method also includes determining resources from the candidate resources for communicating with third wireless devices based on at least one of: at least two reports, and the ranks of the at least two reports; or at least one of the reports and sensing information, measured by the first wireless device, associated with the candidate resources, and the rank of the reports and a rank of the sensing information. The method further includes communicating with the third wireless devices via the determined resources.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for a wireless node to receive a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) transmitted inside a downlink random access channel (RACH) message. The wireless node may receive a downlink RACH message that includes a PTRS based on an indication received in a downlink RACH message or a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) associated with a downlink RACH message. In some aspects, the wireless node may utilize the PTRS for phase error correction or frequency error correction (such as frequency error caused by Doppler effects). This disclosure also provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for a component of a base station to provide an indication that a PTRS is included in a downlink RACH message. The indication may be provided in a downlink RACH message or a PDCCH associated with a downlink RACH message.

The UE may determine, based at least in part on a machine learning component, a predicted communication metric and a confidence indication, the machine learning component comprising a machine learning model, and wherein determining the predicted communication metric and the confidence indication comprises: receiving, by the machine learning model, an input that comprises an input metric and an error measurement corresponding to the input metric; and providing, by the machine learning model, and based at least in part on a machine learning function and the input, the predicted communication metric and the confidence indication. The network entity may transmit a response message indicating a single set of PRACH signals detected by the network entity, and the UE may detect whether a first PRACH signal, of the first set of PRACH signals, is included in the single set of PRACH signals to select a power level associated with the first PRACH signal for transmitting association messages.

In some aspects, a network node may apply a crest factor reduction (CFR) to an input signal to generate an output signal, the applying the CFR to the input signal including applying a shaping filter that distributes a first portion of CFR noise within a transmission frequency band of the output signal and a second portion of the CFR noise in at least one air interface resource that is outside of the transmission frequency band of the output signal.
