    摘要: A spherical surface acoustic wave apparatus includes a surface acoustic wave propagation substrate which has a surface acoustic wave circulation path on an outer surface thereof. The path is configured to be annular and continuous using at least a part of a spherical shape, and is able to be excited to generate surface acoustic wave and allows the excited surface acoustic wave to propagate and circulate therein in its annular and continuous direction. The apparatus further includes a substrate support which supports a region of the outer surface of the substrate, the region excluding the circulation path, and a support for a surface acoustic wave excitation/detection unit, which supports an elastic member supporting the excitation/detection unit, which makes the excitation/detection unit being in contact with the circulation path of the outer surface of the substrate through the elastic member, and which elastically deforms the elastic member.

The fluid measurement devise includes a measurement controller which sequentially introduces the measurement fluid into each of the fluid measurement sections every set time shorter than a fluid measurement time required for one of the fluid measurement sections to conduct one fluid measurement, the measurement controller measuring the fluid to provide a time difference for each of the fluid measurement sections, and a central controller which accumulates fluid measurement data from the fluid measurement sensors and rapidly measures a change of the external measurement fluid.

The detection part includes gas detectors provided at mutually different positions to measure a concentration of a predetermined gas, and moves while maintaining relative positions of the detectors. The position information measuring part measures position information of the detectors of the detection part. And, measured values of gas concentrations measured by the detectors of the detection part and position information of the detectors measured by the position information measuring part when the detectors finish measurement of gas concentrations are inputted in the display unit, then the display unit displays a distribution of concentrations of the predetermined gas in a space in which the detection part moves, based on the measured values of the gas concentrations and the position information of the detectors.

    摘要: In a method and an apparatus for exciting acoustic waves, the surface of an object is irradiated with coherent parallel energy beams and coherent focusing energy beams which have different frequencies in such a manner that they overlap each other to generate interference fringes (concentric circles) propagating from outside to the inside at propagation speed which is higher than a specific acoustic speed of the object. The acoustic waves are excited in accordance with distortion distribution generated in the surface of the object attributable to the photo-thermal effect of the interference fringes, the acoustic waves being focused to a small region in the object, the position of which is determined by the specific acoustic speed of the object and the propagation speed of the interference fringes.
