摘要: In a cellular phone terminal, a bit error rate measurement section measures a bit error rate of broadcast data received by a broadcast reception section for receiving a digital broadcast to output broadcast data while a transmission operation of a communication transmission section for wirelessly communicating with a broadcasting communication network is performed. When the measured bit error rate is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, stopping of the transmission operation of the communication transmission section is instructed. Thus, a failure such as interruption of television broadcasting reproduction can preliminarily be prevented by avoiding error occurrence in reception of the 1 segment broadcasting service due to an influence of a transmission electric wave in data communication. As a result, stable reception of the 1 segment broadcasting service can be executed.

摘要: A cell module structure comprises a bus bar plate and plural cylindrical cells. The bus bar plate including plural bus bars each having a positive bus bar terminal, a negative bus bar terminal, and a screw formed in one of the terminals, the bus bars being serially connected to each other with the positive bus bar terminal corresponding to the negative bus bar terminal; and a control substrate integrally provided to the bus bar and connected to the bus bars. The cell includes a positive cell terminal and a negative cell terminal coaxially aligned at an end thereof, and a screw formed in the terminal having the same polarity as that of the bus bar terminal which is formed with the screw to which the above screw is screwed. The screw of the cell is screwed to the screw of the bus bar, so that different terminals with no screw are brought into contact with each other, whereby the plural cells are serially connected.

摘要: A battery discharge gas control system, which releases a hydrogen gas generated from the battery assembly when the battery assembly is charged and discharged, is capable of keeping the battery structure highly resistant to water or humidity. The battery discharge gas control system has a battery having a gas release port, a passage connected to the gas release port, a control valve connected to the passage, a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in the passage, and a control circuit for opening the control valve to release a gas generated by the battery from the passage, depending on the pressure in the passage as detected by the pressure sensor. During a period of time in which no hydrogen gas is generated or a generated hydrogen gas is not plenty enough to be released while the battery is being charged or discharged, the passage is closed for thereby keeping the battery structure highly resistant to water or humidity. The control valve has a solenoid-operated valve openable in response to a control signal outputted by the control circuit, and a relief valve mechanically openable depending on the pressure in the passage. Even in the event of a failure of the solenoid-operated valve, the relief valve is mechanically opened depending on the pressure in the passage, thereby protecting the passage from damage.

摘要: A control unit forms a control center serving as one type of a control panel in an electric power system control system. The control unit accommodates equipments such as a circuit breaker, an electromagnetic switch, a zero-phase current transformer, and an operating transformer, and includes a substantially Z-shaped equipment mounting plate mounted between side plates of the unit to have an intermediate bent portion. The circuit breaker is disposed on a front face of a front mounting portion of the equipment mounting plate, and the current transformer is disposed on a back face thereof. The electromagnetic switch is disposed on a front face of a back mounting portion of the equipment mounting plate, and the thin operating transformer is isolated from other equipments and disposed on a back face thereof. Mounting the thin operating transformer on the back face of the back mounting portion of the equipment mounting plate causes the control unit to contain a bulk electromagnetic switch and other equipments without increasing a control unit size. Further, since the operating transformer is isolated from other equipments, other equipments are never affected in the event of burning accident.

摘要: Narrower connecting strips and wider connecting strips, which each has plural connecting tips and are of different widths, are fixed such that the narrower ones are superposed on the wider ones thereby making combined connecting strips, which are mounted by a rivet in each compartment provided on an insulator base. Thus desired small, medium and large numbers of the connecting tips on combined connecting strips of common electric connections are obtainable.
