The present invention relates to a method of outputting a content using a head mounted display (HMD), and more particularly, to a method of outputting a currently displayed content of a digital device to an HMD. The present invention includes performing a pairing with a digital device having at least one display unit configured to display the content, detecting a location state of the paired digital device, and outputting the content displayed on the digital device to the HMD, wherein the location state comprises a first state in which a display unit of the digital device is located within a preset view angle region of the HMD and a second state in which the display unit of the digital device is not located within the view angle region.

A smart watch and a control method thereof are disclosed. The smart watch includes a first sensor unit configured to detect whether the smart watch is worn; a display unit configured to display visual information; a second sensor unit configured to detect movement of the smart watch; and a processor configured to control the first sensor unit, the display unit, and the second sensor unit. In addition, the processor is further configured to: if a first movement of the smart watch is detected, obtain a direction and a distance of the first movement of the smart watch, and if the direction of the first movement is a first direction and the distance of the first movement is equal to or more than a first threshold distance, perform a first function corresponding to the first direction, if the direction of the first movement is a second direction and the distance of the first movement is equal to or more than the first threshold distance, perform a second function corresponding to the second direction. Furthermore, the first direction and the second direction are set based on a same axis. Lastly, the first direction is the opposite direction to the second direction.

A flexible glass display apparatus and a method for displaying image data in the apparatus are provided. The flexible glass display apparatus includes: a flexible glass display unit that displays image data portions; a sensing unit that detects bending of the display unit; another sensing unit that detects first and second areas which are brought into contact with each other due to bending of the display unit; and a controller, upon detection of contact between the first and second areas, controls at least one image data portion displayed in the first and second areas based on the contact, wherein an image data portion displayed in any one of the first and second areas is distinguishable in the other area.

To this end, according to one embodiment, the display device, comprising: a touch sensor unit; a display unit; a transparent display unit; a position sensor unit; and a processor configured to: detect the second touch input by activating the second touch sensor unit and control the first object displayed in the display unit based on the detected second touch input when a first position, and detect the first touch input and the third touch input respectively by activating the first touch sensor unit and the third touch sensor unit, control the first object displayed in the display unit based on the detected first touch input, and control the second object displayed in the transparent display unit based on the detected third touch input when a second position.

A wearable device and a method for controlling display of the same are disclosed. Herein, the method for controlling the wearable device includes the steps of, when a contents or channel change in information currently being viewed through an external device occurs, determining whether or not the contents change corresponds to a change performed by a wearer of the wearable device, and, when it is determined that the contents change corresponds to a change performed by a viewer other than the wearer of the wearable device, displaying a content signal that was previously viewed prior to the contents change to the display means.

According to one embodiment disclosed for this, the device includes a flexible display, a length measuring unit configured to measure an expanded length of the flexible display expanded from the device, a speed measuring unit configured to measure a speed of which the flexible display expanded from the device and a processor configured to control the flexible display, the length measuring unit, and the speed measuring unit, wherein if the flexible display is expanded to a unit length, the processor displays an application execution screen corresponding to the unit length in the flexible display.
