    摘要: An active matrix organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate, an active layer having a channel region and source and drain regions positioned on a predetermined region of the substrate. A first electrode is connected to one of the source and drain regions and extended onto the substrate, and has a multi-layer structure formed of at least one conductive layer. A second electrode is spaced from the first electrode to be connected to the other of the source and drain regions, and has the same stacked structure formed of conductive layer as the first electrode. An organic functional layer having at least an organic emission layer is positioned on the first electrode. A third electrode is positioned on the organic functional layer.

    摘要: A donor film for a flat panel display and a method of fabricating an Organic Light Emitting Device using the same. The donor film for the flat panel display has a base film, a Light-To-Heat Conversion layer disposed on the base film, a transfer layer disposed on the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer, and a buffer layer interposed between the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer and the transfer layer, wherein the buffer layer includes a material whose glass transition temperature (Tg) is lower than 25° C. The donor film for the flat panel display interposes the buffer layer between the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer of the donor substrate and the transfer layer, thereby improving the adhesion between the transfer layer and the donor substrate. Therefore, the organic layer pattern formed on an acceptor substrate by transferring the transfer layer using the donor film does not include any defect.

    摘要: Provided are an organic light emitting device (OLED) comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode; a hole injection layer (HIL), a hole transporting layer (HTL), and an emitting layer sequentially formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the work function, the IP or the absolute value of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level of the HIL is greater than or equal to the absolute value of HOMO level of the HTL. In the OLED, the energy relationships between organic layers are controlled to facilitate hole injection and optimize the charge balance. Thus the efficiency of the OLED improves and the lifetime of the OLED increases.
