摘要： Disclosed herein is a spark plug comprising an insulative sleeve having a central axial bore and an exterior surface and a center electrode extending through the central axial bore of the insulative sleeve. The insulating sleeve is positioned within, and secured to, a metal shell that serves as a mounting platform and interface to an internal combustion engine. The metal sleeve also supports a ground electrode that is positioned in a spaced relationship relative to the center electrode so as to generate a spark gap. The insulating sleeve includes a shaped tip portion that resides in a recessed end portion of the metal shell. A coating is disposed on the exterior surface of the insulative sleeve. The coating comprises a silicone resin, optionally in combination with a filler.

摘要： A bolt assembly comprises: a bolt front half piece having an extractor slot through which the spent casing is ejected; a bolt rear half piece; an elastic body; and a bolt interlock received in the bolt rear half piece and movable longitudinally with respect to the bolt rear half piece. The elastic body is disposed between the bolt interlock and the bolt rear half piece when the bolt front half piece and the bolt rear half piece are mated together. When the bolt interlock is in a first position, the bolt front half piece is interlocked axially with respect to the bolt rear half piece with the extractor slot pointing in a first direction. When the bolt interlock is in a second position, the bolt front half piece is rotatable axially with respect to the bolt rear half piece so that the extractor slot can point in a second direction.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for obtaining complete speech signals for speech recognition applications. In one embodiment, the method continuously records an audio stream comprising a sequence of frames to a circular buffer. When a user command to commence or terminate speech recognition is received, the method obtains a number of frames of the audio stream occurring before or after the user command in order to identify an augmented audio signal for speech recognition processing. In further embodiments, the method analyzes the augmented audio signal in order to locate starting and ending speech endpoints that bound at least a portion of speech to be processed for recognition. At least one of the speech endpoints is located using a Hidden Markov Model.

摘要： A dual evaporator air conditioning system and method for use therewith is provided to cool air in front and rear portions of a cabin of a vehicle. The dual evaporator air conditioning system includes primary and auxiliary HVAC units having primary and auxiliary evaporators, respectively, to cool the air in the front and rear portions of the cabin. A heat exchanger near the auxiliary evaporator warms the refrigerant in the auxiliary evaporator to maintain a minimum temperature. The heat exchanger warms the refrigerant in the auxiliary evaporator to prevent accumulation of liquid refrigerant and lubricating oil in the auxiliary evaporator when the auxiliary HVAC unit is in a non-cooling mode while the primary HVAC unit is in a cooling mode.

摘要： A refrigerant filter (40) designed for installation into a block fitting (10) of the type that detachably connects refrigerant lines (12,14) to an evaporator. The filter (40) includes a cylindrical mesh screen (42) and a supporting frame (44) that fits into the open end (30) of the liquid refrigerant supply (14) line before the supply line (14) is connected by the fitting (10) to the evaporator lines (16,18). The filter supporting frame (44) has an end plug (48) that fits closely into the line (14), assuring and all refrigerant flow is forced through the screen (42), without by passing the filter (40). The plug (48) also has a stop member (50) that both assures that the filter (40) is not over inserted at installation, and that the plug (48) is not ejected from the line (14) during operation.

摘要： An adjustable gas system for a firearm includes a one-piece gas block body, configured to be fixed to a barrel of the firearm, and a partial annular gas regulator. The gas block includes a gas flow hole that receives a gas tube of the firearm. The gas block body also includes a gas block body bulge and a ring at one end of the gas flow hole. The gas block body clamps to a barrel of the firearm by: (i) set screw(s), and (ii) direct/physical contact of the gas block body bulge and the ring. The gas regulator, when installed on the barrel, rotatably and partially surrounds the barrel such that, as the gas regulator is rotated around the barrel from a first position to a second position, a diameter of a resultant gas port hole changes as controlled by allocation holes on the gas regulator.
