    Abstract: A method implemented by a first device includes receiving a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration associated with a set of measurement resources and a time-interval configuration, the set of measurement resources comprising at least interference measurement resources, and the time-interval configuration specifying a measurement duration and a reporting time configuration; deriving CSI reporting quantities in accordance with measurements of the set of measurement resources during at least a portion of the measurement duration, the CSI reporting quantities comprising statistical quantities associated with at least interference measurements of the set of measurement resources during the measurement duration; and reporting the CSI reporting quantities in accordance with the reporting time configuration.

    Abstract: A method for uplink transmission by a UE includes obtaining information regarding a plurality of power control sets each having a plurality of power control parameters, wherein a value of at least one parameter in a first power control set is different from a value of the at least one parameter in a second power control set; obtaining information associating at least one of the power control sets with at least one operational property of the UE; and when at least one of the operational properties is in effect on the UE, transmitting a PUSCH using the parameters of the power control set associated with the at least one operational property in effect.

    Abstract: An embodiment method, by a user equipment (UE), includes performing a channel measurement (CM) on a first subset of a set of non-zero-power (NZP) CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and an interference measurement (IM) on at least a second subset of the set of NZP CSI-RS resources. The second subset includes one or more NZP CSI-RS ports. The IM is performed according to assumptions: each NZP CSI-RS port in the second subset corresponds to an interference transmission layer, the IM being in accordance with a set of energy per resource element ratios each associated with one NZP CSI-RS resource in the second subset; and other interference not associated with the interference transmission layers is on the first and second subsets. The method includes generating a channel state information (CSI) report based on the CM and IM and transmitting the CSI report to a network.

The first SRS resource is associated with a first transmission parameter defined on a set of values. The network device configures for the first SRS resource, hopping of the first transmission parameter on a first subset of values of the set of values. The network device receives first SRSs on the first SRS resource. The first SRSs have the first transmission parameter hopping according to the first subset of values.

    Abstract: According to embodiments, a user equipment (UE) performs a first type of sensing in a sensing window to detect first one or more SL transmissions using a sidelink (SL) radio access technology (RAT). The UE performs a second type of sensing to detect second one or more transmissions using a non-SL RAT different from the SL RAT. The second type is different from the first type. The UE selects an SL resource in an unlicensed band in a selection window for an SL transmission based on the first type of sensing and the second type of sensing. The UE transmits the SL transmission via the SL resource using the SL RAT.
