    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. In the array substrate, a substrate is provided with a first transistor and a second transistor, a first electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor; a conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, and includes a first conductor portion, a first semiconductor portion, a second conductor portion that are sequentially connected along a first direction; a first gate insulating layer is disposed on a side of the conductive layer away from the substrate; a first gate layer is disposed on a side of the first gate insulating layer away from the substrate to form the gate of the second transistor; a dielectric layer is disposed on the substrate to cover a part of the first conductor portion, a part of the second conductor portion and a part of the first gate layer, and an orthographic projection of a first via hole disposed on the dielectric layer on the substrate overlaps with orthographic projections of at least a part of the first conductor portion, at least a part of the second conductor portion and the first gate layer on the substrate; and a first source/drain layer is disposed on a side of the dielectric layer away from the substrate to cover the first via hole.

    Abstract: This application relates to display panels, methods of driving the same, and display devices. The display panel includes: a first pixel circuit and a demultiplexing circuit. The first pixel circuit includes a first reset circuit, a first data writing circuit, and a first drive circuit. A first terminal of the first reset circuit is connected to a first terminal of the first drive circuit. A second terminal of the first reset circuit is connected to a first multiplexing signal line. A control terminal of the first drive circuit is connected to a first terminal of the first data writing circuit. A second terminal of the first data writing circuit is connected to the first multiplexing signal line. The demultiplexing circuit includes a first control circuit and a second control circuit. A first terminal of the first control circuit is connected to the first multiplexing signal line. A second terminal of the first control circuit is used for receiving a reset signal. A first terminal of the second control circuit is connected to the first multiplexing signal line. A second terminal of the second control circuit is used for receiving a first data signal.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate and sub-pixels on the base substrate. The sub-pixels are arranged in a sub-pixel array in a first direction and a second direction, the first direction intersecting with the second direction. The display substrate further includes data lines extended in the first direction, and the data lines are connected in one-to-one correspondence with the sub-pixels in columns in each row of sub-pixels, so as to provide data signals respectively; the display substrate further includes auxiliary electrode lines extended in the first direction which are configured to be electrically connected with a second electrode of the light emitting element to provide a second power voltage; each of the auxiliary electrode lines is spaced from any one of the plurality of data lines by at least one column of sub-pixels.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate and sub-pixels on the base substrate. At least one sub-pixel includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a storage capacitor. The circuit structure layer is arranged on one side of the substrate and comprises multiple first pixel circuits located in the second display region. The light-emitting structure layer is arranged on the side of the circuit structure layer away from the substrate, and comprises multiple first light-emitting elements in the first display region. The multiple conductive layers are arranged between the circuit structure layer and the light-emitting structure layer, and comprise multiple conductive wires. The multiple conductive wires of the at least one conductive layer comprise multiple first conductive wires and multiple second conductive wires. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a driving circuit, an energy storage circuit, an initialization circuit, and a compensation control circuit; the display period of the pixel circuit includes a refresh frame and a retention frame; the refresh frame and the retention frame respectively include a set phase and a light emitting phase set successively; the initialization circuit is configured to control provide the initial voltage to the first terminal and/or the second terminal of the driving circuit under the control of the initial control signal provided by the initial control terminal, in the refresh frame and the retention frame, at least in the set phase. The present disclose improves hysteresis and improves the display effect.
