Abstract: A PTRS processing method includes: receiving, by a terminal, first indication information and second indication information from a network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a time-domain location at which a PTRS is to be sent by the terminal, and the second indication information is used to indicate an offset of an initial time-domain location to which the PTRS is mapped by the terminal; mapping, by the terminal, the PTRS to one or more DFT-s-OFDM symbols based on the first indication information and the second indication information; and sending, by the terminal, the one or more DFT-s-OFDM symbols. In this way, the PTRS mapped to the DFT-s-OFDM symbol is offset at a DFT-s-OFDM symbol level.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a downlink data transmission method, including: using a time-division multiplexing transmission mode in one transmission time interval; sending, by using a wide beam, a control signal to a user served in the current transmission time interval; and grouping users and sending data signals to different user groups by using different narrow beams. In one transmission time interval, time-division multiplexing is used, and a wide beam and a narrow beam are respectively used to transmit a control signal and a data signal. This can avoid a throughput bottleneck resulting from use of a transmission scheme that is based on frequency-division multiplexing only.

The first node can then determine the first transmit power based on the first information.

Abstract: A scheduling method implements flexible scheduling in a relay network. A method includes: determining, by a first device, information about a transmission time difference, where the transmission time difference is a time difference between a control channel of a first link and a data channel that is of the first link and that is scheduled by the control channel of the first link; notifying a second device of the information about the transmission time difference; and performing, by the second device, scheduling based on the information about the transmission time difference. In this way, the second device determines whether a resource needs to be reserved for the data channel of the first link, and it is possible that a time division resource, a frequency division resource, or a space division resource is shared for data of the first link and data of a second link.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for transmitting a reference signal, including: sending, by a network device to UE, information about a waveform, an antenna port, and a resource block, where the waveform includes an OFDM waveform or a DFT-s-OFDM waveform, the antenna port indicates a resource mapping pattern used by the UE to send or receive a reference signal, and in a symbol of the resource mapping pattern, a reference signal corresponding to the DFT-s-OFDM waveform is mapped in frequency domain in a comb-shaped manner, and a reference signal corresponding to the OFDM waveform is mapped to a frequency domain resource to which the DFT-s-OFDM waveform is not mapped; and sending, by the network device, the reference signal or receiving the reference signal on the resource block based on the information about the waveform, the information about the antenna port, and the information about the resource block.

A terminal device receives system information broadcast by a network device, and determines a bandwidth of an initial BWP based on the system information. The first indication information indicates that the bandwidth of the initial BWP used for the terminal device is a first bandwidth or a second bandwidth. The first bandwidth is indicated by using a first bandwidth parameter carried in the system information. The second bandwidth is a bandwidth of a CORESET 0. The CORESET 0 is used to schedule the system information.
