Abstract: Embodiments disclose a signal processing method and a network device, so as to number a transmission time interval (TTI) in a frame structure and generate a signal sequence by using a number of the TTI. The method includes: determining a number of a transmission time interval TTI in a frame structure, where the TTI includes a time length less than 1 millisecond; and generating a signal sequence of the TTI based on the number of the TTI. The number of the TTI less than 1 millisecond or equal to 1 millisecond in the frame structure is determined, and the signal sequence of the TTI is generated based on the number of the TTI. This prevents interference between adjacent or neighboring TTIs or intersymbol interference (ISI) from being generated due to generation and use of a same signal sequence because for all short TTIs.

Abstract: A data table partitioning management method and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: determining a type and a join key of each data table in a table group, where the type of the data table includes a one-dimensional table, a multidimensional table, or a fact table; and performing one-dimensional partitioning on row replica space of each data table in the table group, and performing one-dimensional or multidimensional partitioning on column replica space of the data table according to the type of the data table and based on the join key of the data table. Different partitioning management methods are applied to data tables of different types and different dimensions, so that data processing mechanisms of OLTP and OLAP are efficiently implemented in a system, and resource consumption is reduced.

Abstract: When a transmission overlap between uplink carriers of at least two PUCCH groups exists in time domain, obtaining, by the terminal device, minimum reserved power of each PUCCH group based on transmission duration and/or transmission content; during transmission of uplink information, transmitting the uplink information after reducing power of an uplink carrier of each PUCCH group based on maximum transmit power and minimum reserved power of the uplink carrier of each PUCCH group, where transmit power of the uplink carrier after power reduction cannot be lower than the minimum reserved power; and if power on an overlapping part of an uplink carrier of a first PUCCH group is lower than minimum reserved power of the first PUCCH group, discarding information on the overlapping part of the uplink carrier of the first PUCCH group.

Abstract: A transmit end obtains a frequency hopping parameter and resource allocation information of a to-be-transmitted message, where the frequency hopping parameter includes at least one of bandwidth part indication information, beam indication information, reference signal configuration information, subcarrier spacing indication information, transmission waveform indication information, slot type indication information, channel type indication information, or transmission carrier indication information. The transmit end determines, based on the resource allocation information and the frequency hopping parameter, a physical resource used to send the to-be-transmitted message, where the physical resource includes information about a frequency domain resource on which the to-be-transmitted message is mapped in at least one time unit. The transmit end sends the to-be-transmitted message by using the physical resource.
