    Abstract: The present invention provides a battery module, including: a plurality of power batteries, module casing, separating plate, battery connecting strips, detecting terminals and cell module controller; the power batteries are disposed in module casing, separating plate is arranged above power batteries, through-holes are arranged on separating plate corresponding to electrode terminals of power batteries, battery connecting strips are arranged above separating plate, and are connected with electrode terminals of power batteries through through-holes, so that all power batteries are electrically connected, cell module controller is arranged above separating plate, press-fit holes are provided on cell module controller, terminal connecting portion is arranged on battery connecting strip, detecting terminal is located between separating plate and cell module controller, one end of detecting terminal is connected with terminal connecting portion, the other end of detecting terminal is provided with press-fit contact, press-fit contact is connected in press-fit with press-fit hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a side plate and a battery module. The side plate is applied to the battery module. The side plate includes: a first plate, a second plate and a connection portion. The first plate includes a first free end at one side in a height direction, the second plate includes a second free end at the same side in the height direction, the first free end and the second free end abut against each other. The connection portion is located at the other side opposite to the first free end and the second free end in the height direction, and is configured to connect the first plate and the second plate, and enclose a hollow cavity with the first plate and the second plate.

    Abstract: This application provides a battery box, which includes: a heat exchange plate and a lower frame body located on the heat exchange plate. The lower frame body includes edge beams and internal beams, the edge beams forming a circumferential closure opened in an up-down direction, the edge beams and the heat exchange plate together forming an accommodating space with an upward opening, and the internal beams located inside the accommodating space and divide the accommodating space into sub-accommodating spaces for placing battery modules. The heat exchange plate is configured to support the battery modules and exchanges heat with batteries of the battery modules, and a bottom plane of an internal beam is partly in contact with a top plane of the heat exchange plate in the up-down direction.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fixture, a battery unit and a battery module. The fixture comprises at least one thermal conductive plate and two support blocks. Each thermal conductive plate comprises an abutting portion, a contact portion and a connecting portion. The two support blocks are fixed on two ends of the at least one thermal conductive plate in a length direction; the abutting portion, the connecting portion and the contact portion and the two support blocks form a receiving space. The battery unit comprises at least one pouch-shaped secondary battery having a main body and the fixture, the abutting portion is attached to the main body. The battery module comprises a thermal conductive frame and the battery units. The thermal conductive frame comprises a peripheral wall and a receiving cavity, the battery units are received in the receiving cavity, the contact portion contacts the peripheral wall.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module comprising a plurality of mono-batteries arranged side by side; two end plates positioned at two opposite ends respectively; two side plates positioned at a front side and a rear side respectively and securely connected to the two end plates; a bottom plate positioned under the plurality of mono-batteries and securely connected to the two end plates and the two side plates; a plurality of insulating spacers provided on each side plate, each insulating spacer extends in an up-down direction, and the two adjacent insulating spacers on each side plate receive one side of one corresponding mono-battery in a front-rear direction; a plurality of insulating bonding materials, each insulating bonding material is provided between the two adjacent insulating spacers on each side plate, so as to bond one side surface of one corresponding mono-battery in the front-rear direction.
