    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module comprising: a plurality of single cells arranged in sequence; a sampling circuit board disposed opposite to a top of the single cells and provided with a conductive hole and a conductive sleeve disposed in the conductive hole; and a busbar having a connecting plate and a conductive post extending from the connecting plate, and the connecting plate being connected to the single cells, wherein the busbar is electrically connected to the sampling circuit board by insertion of the conductive post into the conductive sleeve. The battery module according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a busbar and a sampling circuit board electrically connected with each other, which have a stable and reliable connection and a high impact resistance ability, thereby improving an operational reliability and safety of the battery module.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an output electrode plate and a battery module. The output electrode plate comprises a first metal plate. The first metal plate includes a first region and a second region in a first direction. The first region includes a first overcurrent portion and a second overcurrent portion in a second direction. The second region is connected to the first region. The first overcurrent portion is provided with a through hole which extends in a thickness direction thereof, and a projection of the through hole along the first direction does not exceed a projection of the second region along the first direction in the second direction, and the first metal plate is formed with a minimum overcurrent section at the through hole, such that the minimum overcurrent section is first fused when a current flowing through the first metal plate is greater than a preset current.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a frame and a battery module. The frame is composed of a peripheral wall, the peripheral wall encloses to form a receiving cavity closed in a circumferential direction and opened at two ends in an axial direction, the peripheral wall is provided with at least one adhesive injection hole passing through the peripheral wall. The battery module comprises a plurality of secondary batteries arranged side by side, the frame and an adhesive. The secondary batteries are received in the receiving cavity. The adhesive comprises: a first part which adheres every two adjacent secondary batteries; a second part which adheres two secondary batteries positioned at outermost sides of the plurality of secondary batteries in an arrangement direction with the peripheral wall; a third part which adheres a lower side of the first part and a lower side of the second part with the peripheral wall.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a side plate and a battery module. The side plate is applied to the battery module. The side plate includes: a first plate, a second plate and a connection portion. The first plate includes a first free end at one side in a height direction, the second plate includes a second free end at the same side in the height direction, the first free end and the second free end abut against each other. The connection portion is located at the other side opposite to the first free end and the second free end in the height direction, and is configured to connect the first plate and the second plate, and enclose a hollow cavity with the first plate and the second plate.

    Abstract: Provided are an output electrode protective structure, a battery and a power consuming device. The output electrode protective structure includes: an output electrode base having a mounting face; a protective cover mounted to the output electrode base, the protective cover being rotatable relative to the output electrode base to switch between an open state in which the mounting face is exposed and a closed state in which the mounting face is concealed; and a restoring member mounted to the output electrode base, the restoring member being configured to apply an acting force to the protective cover to switch same from the open state to the closed state. With the arrangement of the restoring member, an operator does not need to close the protective cover manually after completing an operation, and the protective cover can automatically return to the closed state under a restoring effect of the restoring member.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module. The battery module includes at least two battery units arranged in a stack. Each of at least two battery units includes: a support; at least one pouch-type battery; and a thermal-dissipation protection case. The thermal-dissipation protection case is connected to the support to form an accommodating space, and the at least one pouch-type battery is accommodated in the accommodating space. At least one of the at least two battery units includes an exposure area exposing the at least one pouch-type battery, and the thermal-dissipation protection case of a battery unit adjacent to the at least one of the at least two battery units is in contact with the at least one pouch-type battery through the exposure area.
