Abstract: The present application is provided with a fluid storage apparatus of a battery pack, including: a box, where the box has an inner cavity; a partition member, where the partition member is located in the inner cavity of the box, and the partition member divides the box into a fluid storage portion and a gas storage portion. The fluid storage portion is used to store spraying liquid and the fluid storage portion has a fluid outlet; the gas storage portion is used to store gas and the gas storage portion has a fluid inlet. And the partition member is configured to move toward the fluid outlet under the action of compressed gas in the gas storage portion.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including a first battery cell arrangement structure, a second battery cell arrangement structure and a bus bar array. With battery cells stacked in a horizontal direction, a first battery cell arrangement structure and a second battery cell arrangement structure are stacked in a vertical direction, and a first bus bar of a bus bar array is used to sequentially connect the battery cells of the first battery cell arrangement structure and the second battery cell arrangement structure. As a result, a total positive electrode and a total negative electrode of a battery module are located at two ends of the battery module, which greatly reduces the possibility of a short circuit of the battery module and improves the safety of the battery module.

The cooling mechanism (1) comprises: a plurality of multi-channel pipe groups (10) arranged side by side, each multi-channel pipe group (10) has at least one multi-channel pipe (100), the number of the multi-channel pipe groups (10) is equal to the number of rows of battery modules (B), each multi-channel pipe group (10) corresponds to one row of the rows of battery modules (B), each of the rows of battery modules (B) has at least one battery module (B), each multi-channel pipe group (10) contacts a bottom of one corresponding row of the rows of battery modules (B) from below; a first fluid collector (11) and a second fluid collector (12) communicated with an external cooling fluid circuit and respectively provided at two ends of the plurality of multi-channel pipe groups (10), two ends of the multi-channel pipe groups (10) are respectively communicated with the first fluid collector (11) and the second fluid collector (12), so that the external cooling fluid circuit, the multi-channel pipe groups (10), the first fluid collector (11) and the second fluid collector (12) are communicated to cool each of the rows of battery modules (B). The heating film (2) is provided below one corresponding multi-channel pipe group (10) for heating the one corresponding multi-channel pipe group (10). The heat insulating layer (11) is provided below one corresponding heating film (2).

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box which comprises a lower frame body and a heat exchange assembly, the heat exchange assembly comprises a heat exchange plate, a heat insulating pad, a temperature preserving pad and a protective plate. The heat exchange plate is provided with a flow passage therein; a first part of the heat insulating pad and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate are stacked in the up-down direction, the first part of the heat insulating pad is sandwiched between a lower surface of the lower frame body and the upper surface of the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate; at least a portion of the temperature preserving pad is provided below the heat exchange plate. Therefore, at least the heat transfer in the upward direction between the lower frame body and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate is blocked.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box, which comprises: a heat exchanging plate; a lower frame positioned on the heat exchanging plate; a protecting plate positioned below the heat exchanging plate; and a self-sealing riveting member fixing the protecting plate, the heat exchanging plate and the lower frame together, the self-sealing riveting member passes through the protecting plate and the heat exchanging plate along an up-down direction, and the self-sealing riveting member is inserted into the lower frame and at least partially exposed to the lower frame, the self-sealing riveting member performs sealing at a first position where the self-sealing riveting member passes through the protecting plate, the self-sealing riveting member performs sealing at a second position where the self-sealing riveting member is inserted into the lower frame. It solves a sealing problem on conventional fasteners, and simplifies the assembling process and reduces the cost.

A plurality of cells is arranged in interior of the housing. A structural adhesive is filled between a bottom of the housing and the plurality of cells, and the plurality of cells is adhered to the housing through the structural adhesive. In the battery pack provided in the present disclosure, the cells are arranged in the interior of the housing, and the housing is adhered to the cells through the structural adhesive. The structural adhesive can functions as fixing the cells, such that a frame structure of a module can be omitted, the number of components in the battery pack can be reduced, manufacture process can be reduced, assembling efficiency can be improved, and manufacturing cost can be reduced.
