    Abstract: There are provided an OLED device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus. The OLED device includes: a first substrate; at least one auxiliary electrode disposed on the first substrate; a pixel defining structure disposed on the first substrate; and a plurality of light emitting units disposed on the first substrate. Each light emitting unit includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a light emitting layer, and the first electrode is located on a side of the second electrode distal to the first substrate, and the light emitting layer is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The auxiliary electrode is disposed inside the pixel defining structure and electrically coupled to the first electrode.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an array substrate having a subpixel region and an inter-subpixel region. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a thin film transistor on the base substrate and including a drain electrode; a passivation layer on a side of the thin film transistor distal to the base substrate; a pixel electrode layer on a side of the passivation layer distal to the base substrate; a pixel definition layer in the inter-subpixel region; and an organic light emitting layer in the subpixel region on a side of the pixel electrode layer distal to the passivation layer. The array substrate includes a via extending through the passivation layer. The pixel electrode layer is electrically connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor through the via. The via is in the subpixel region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting device, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display apparatus. The organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode; a light emitting layer located on a side of the first electrode, a thickness of the light emitting layer being greater than 40 nm, the light emitting layer containing therein a luminescent active material and nanoparticles with a localized surface plasmon resonance effect; a second electrode located on a side of the light emitting layer away from the first electrode. In the organic light emitting device, the nanoparticles having a localized surface plasmon resonance effect are arranged in the light emitting layer, and the nanoparticles are used to promote the radiative transition of excitons of the luminescent active material, thereby improving the light emitting efficiency.

    Abstract: A pixel unit, a display panel, a display device and a method of manufacturing a pixel unit. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel unit and a second sub-pixel unit, each sub-pixel unit includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode stacked on a substrate. An emission lifespan of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit is smaller than that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit. An area of an orthographic projection of the emission layer of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is equal to that of the emission layer of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate. An area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the first sub-pixel unit on the substrate is greater than an area of an orthographic projection of the first electrode of the second sub-pixel unit on the substrate.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a pixel structure, a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel and a display device. The pixel structure includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each of which has a triangular shape. Sub-pixels of four different colors constitute a pixel unit. Any two sub-pixels that have the same common triangle edge have different colors. Each row and each column of sub-pixels are composed of alternately arranged upright triangle sub-pixels and inverted triangle sub-pixels. Every adjacent six columns of sub-pixels constitute a group. Each row of sub-pixels includes sub-pixels of four different colors, and each group of sub-pixels has the same arrangement. The upright triangle sub-pixels are sub-pixels of the other three different colors, and all of the inverted triangular sub-pixels are sub-pixels of the first color.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same and a display device. The array substrate comprises: a substrate; a first electrode layer formed on the substrate; a pixel defining layer formed on the first electrode layer and having an opening for exposing the first electrode layer; and an organic material functional layer formed on a region of the first electrode layer corresponding to the opening. The first electrode layer comprises: a first region located at a central portion of the first electrode layer; a second region located between a periphery of the first region and an inner side of the pixel defining layer, the second region being formed as a first arc structure protruding toward the substrate; and a third region located outside the second region and covered by the pixel defining layer. The thicknesses, at positions of respective films of the organic material functional layer in the display device, are uniform. Non-uniform brightness of the display device is avoided, improving display quality of images of the display device.
