    摘要: A papermaking screen device includes a tank for receiving a papermaking material, the tank having an inlet, a refining outlet, a foreign material outlet, a first chamber and a second chamber formed outside the first chamber; a cylindrical screen provided inside the tank and dividing the tank into the first and second chambers so that the first chamber is formed inside the cylindrical screen, and the second chamber is formed outside the cylindrical screen, the cylindrical screen having a cylindrical shape and opening portions on an lateral side of the cylindrical screen; an agitating member provided in the first chamber; and a vibration member contacting the cylindrical screen for vibrating the cylindrical screen in such a range that the cylindrical screen does not contact the agitating member. The inlet and the foreign material outlet face the first chamber, and the refining outlet faces the second chamber.

    摘要: In a cylindrical screen, a screen body has a height greater than its diameter, and is formed of a plurality of portions spaced apart from each other in a direction of the height. Each portion has slits laterally and vertically spaced apart from each other. At least one annular member is situated between two of the plurality of the portions of the screen body to be located radially inside an outer surface of the screen. The annular member has an annular concave formed in a middle thereof extending toward an inner side of the screen from the outer surface of the screen, and a width extending in the direction of the height. The width is greater than a distance of the slits vertically spaced apart from each other. Accordingly, a mat formed on the screen can be easily peeled off.

The first and second end plates hold ends of the plurality of rod-shaped members in between, and the second end plate is secured to the interval keeping members by engaging the male screws via the openings for male screws provided in the second end plate with the female screws and tightening the second end plate against the plurality of interval keeping members.

    摘要: A papermaking screen of the invention is formed of first and second annular supporting members having a plurality of first and second recesses, and space holding members fixed to the first and second annular supporting members to establish a predetermined distance therebetween. In the invention, one or more elongated member groups having a plurality of elongated members are disposed between the first and second annular supporting members. The elongated members are disposed in the recesses and arranged parallel to each other to form a space between two elongated members situated adjacent to each other. Also, one or more intermediate supporting members may be situated between the first and second annular supporting members. The elongated member group may be situated between the first and second annular supporting members, between the intermediate supporting members, and between the intermediate supporting member and the first or second annular supporting member. The papermaking screen having good performance can be manufactured easily.

The flotation apparatus F includes a circulating device for circulating the liquid raw material by raising and then lowering the liquid raw material in the tank 1, an air supply tube 4 for supplying air into the tank 1, and an agitating member 5 provided in the tank 1 for taking the air from the air supply tube 4 and agitating the air for forming the air into fine bubbles. The agitating member 5 has a rotary shaft 51 held horizontally and a plurality of members 52 horizontally separately provided around an outer periphery. On a cross section transverse to a longitudinal direction of the tank 1, an outer periphery of the agitating member 5 is arranged on a lower side of the tank 1 and in a position at a downstream side of the liquid raw material relative to a vertical line V passing through a center of the tank 1.
