Abstract: A seed development device for Psammochloa villosa using condensate water in desert areas includes: a cultivation box, a top surface of the cultivation box is connected to a cooler and condensate water collecting units through a support frame. Each condensate water collecting unit includes an outer frame, sleeve pipes, a middle frame, a cold air cavity, water collecting rods, a water collecting tank and a delivery pipe. The delivery pipe is connected to the cultivation box. When an outdoor temperature cannot complete condensation of water vapor, the cooler completes cooling of the cold air cavity and water collecting rods until condensate water collection is completed, water drops fall into the water collecting tank to complete water collection, which is used for water supplement of seed development of Psammochloa villosa, thus reducing the process of artificial water supplement and improving the development efficiency of seeds of Psammochloa villosa in desert areas.

Abstract: A Pseudomonas monteilii strain with salinity-alkalinity tolerance is provided. The strain is Pseudomonas monteilii 9-2, which has been deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on Oct. 25, 2021, with an accession number of CGMCC No. 23666; and an internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. This application further provides an application of the Pseudomonas monteilii strain in the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in a saline-alkali environment.

Abstract: Embodiments provide anti-frost heaving supports and methods for crude oil pipeline crossing permafrost region. The anti-frost heaving support includes a support frame. An arc-shaped frame is installed on a top of the support frame. Two sets of adjusting devices are disposed on the arc-shaped frame, each set of the adjusting devices includes a pushing device fixedly installed on the arc-shaped frame. In the anti-frost heaving support, a piston plate compresses air inside the sealing frame so that a compressional force of an elastic plate and a stressed plate on the pipeline increases. When the compressional force increases, the elastic plate deforms to make a moving rod to move towards to an interior of the sealing frame. When moving on a tilted surface of a tilting plate, the moving rod pushes the tilting plate to move. The tilting plate pushes the sealing plate to be opened to release the air inside the sealing frame, thereby reducing the compressive force exerted by the stressed plate on the pipeline.

Abstract: A method for analyzing light n-alkane components and carbon isotopes in deep and ultra-deep source rocks includes: (S1) subjecting a 5A molecular sieve column to aging; (S2) pyrolyzing a source rock; and allowing a pyrolysis product to enter the 5A molecular sieve column; where n-alkanes are adsorbed and retained by the 5A molecular sieve column; allowing an outflow to pass through a fractionation plate and an empty column or a weak polarity column to be discharged; and (S3) performing programmed heating such that the n-alkanes adsorbed on the 5A molecular sieve column are successively desorbed according to molecular weight, and then pass through the fractionation plate and the HP-5 or DB-5 column to enter a mass spectrometer for composition analysis or isotopic analysis. An analysis system is further provided.

Abstract: A rhizome-growth monitoring device of a clonal plate is provided, including a supporting frame. A first adjustment rack is fixed above a side of the supporting frame, a side end of which is movably connected to a second adjustment rack. A connection sleeve is movably connected to a bottom end of the second adjustment rack. A lifting cylinder is fixed in the connection sleeve. A camera group is fixed to the lifting cylinder through a connection plate. A rhizome growth monitoring sleeve is fixed at a bottom end of the connection plate, and includes an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, and a radar monitoring head. The outer sleeve is fixed onto the bottom end of the connection plate. The inner sleeve is screwed to an inner side of the outer sleeve. The radar monitoring head is installed in the inner sleeve and close to a bottom surface thereof.
