Abstract:
The invention provides a method, system and computer program product for tracking a person in a pre-defined area. The pre-defined area includes a plurality of imaging devices placed at respective pre-defined locations to capture images of the person. The system in conjunction with the plurality of imaging devices locates the person at the pre-defined area based on the captured images of the person.
Abstract:
A system and method facilitating an end-to-end solution for one or more service offerings. The end-to-end solution includes the modeling, provisioning, and rating of a single subscription as at least one of prepaid and postpaid. The system includes a CRM layer, an integration layer, a rating and billing management layer, and a service activation platform layer.
Abstract:
A method & system for human interactive proof (HIP) is provided. A user is provided to respond a query linked to a logical captcha object or an analytical captcha object. Upon receiving inputs from the user, the correct information of the said captcha & the user's input is compared. If the user's input and the correct information of the captcha object matches then the user is authenticated as human, else the user is authenticated as not a human.
Abstract:
A method and system for processing loan applications in a financial institution is provided. The method includes a step of receiving a first loan application from a first loan applicant. The first loan application includes personal information of the first loan applicant. Further, the method includes the step of determining a repayment score for the first loan applicant based on the personal information of the first loan applicant. The repayment score is calculated using a polynomial equation. The polynomial equation represents a relationship between personal information of a plurality of past loan applications and a plurality of past repayment scores. Furthermore, the method includes processing the first loan application based on a threshold set for repayment scores for a particular type of loan.
Abstract:
A method and system for representing and validating requirements of a software system is provided. The method includes capturing requirements of the software system. The method further includes converting the captured requirements into an executable business process definition. The executable business process definition is generated by generating a graphical process definition from each task flow corresponding to a use-case of the one or more use-cases and then converting each graphical process definition into the executable business process definition. Thereafter, the method includes representing the captured requirements to stakeholders in the form of navigational flow of user interface screens.
Abstract:
A method and system for calculating pipeline integrity business risk score for a pipeline network is provided. The method includes a step of first calculating a structural risk score, an operational risk score and a commercial risk score for each pipeline segment in a pipeline network. The method further includes calculating pipeline integrity business risk score for each pipeline segment. The structural risk score, operational risk score, commercial risk score and pipeline integrity business risk score for each pipeline segment is rolled-up to calculate the respective risk scores of a pipeline network. The rolled-up risk scores are calculated by computing weight factors for each pipeline segment, relative risk scores weight of each pipeline segment and relative risk scores contribution of each pipeline segment. The system of the invention comprises executable files, dynamic linked libraries and risk score computing modules configured to display the risk scores using a dashboard.
Abstract:
The invention describes a computer-implemented method and system for assessing the progress of a project in terms of its schedule. The method includes receiving project data and based on the project data, calculating a first period (PE) after which a current earned value (EV) was expected to be realized. The method also includes calculating a second period (PR) in which the current EV has been realized. Further, the method includes calculating a fraction component (EF) of a period when the current EV was expected to be realized and finally, calculating an earned schedule performance index (ESPI) based on PE, PR and EF, wherein the ESPI indicates whether the project is on schedule.
Abstract:
A method and system for searching one or more documents in a Local Area Network (LAN) is provided. The system includes a synchronization module, a link module, and a search engine. The synchronization module automatically synchronizes multiple knowledge sources, such as one or more pre-defined databases, one or more software version control system (SVCS) databases, and so forth, with a server at various pre-defined intervals of time. The link module connects at least one user with the server in response to a request received from the user. Once the user is connected with the server, the link module receives a search query from the user and forwards it to the search engine. The search engine then identifies one or more results in the synchronized documents and provides search results to the link module. The link module then displays the results to the user.
Abstract:
A method for providing applications to one or more requesting devices is provided. The method comprises a step of first receiving an application request from the one or more requesting devices. The method includes extracting details of the request. Further markup language structure for corresponding page of the application is generated. The markup language structure is generated based by invoking page handlers which includes contacting business logic layer to get information required to be embedded in the corresponding page. The output page is then provided to the requesting device.
Abstract:
A method and a system for generating one or more transition plans for one or more applications of an organization are provided. Transition information for identifying a set of applications for transition is obtained from information corresponding to the one or more applications. One or more groups of the identified set of applications are created. Further, one or more activities for transition execution are identified for each application of the identified set of applications. Thereafter, one or more transition plans comprising the one or more identified activities are generated.
