Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may transmit a list of a plurality of CCs for a transmission of at least one PDCP PDU, the plurality of CCs corresponding to a plurality of indicated CCs. The apparatus may also transmit the at least one PDCP PDU on one or more CCs of the plurality of CCs. Additionally, the apparatus may determine whether to retransmit the at least one PDCP PDU, a retransmission of the at least one PDCP PDU being associated with a PDCP duplication procedure. The apparatus may also select one or more CCs of the plurality of CCs for the retransmission of the at least one PDCP PDU.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance the determination of ED threshold to improve the channel access probability of the UE and the base station. In one aspect, a UE or a base station determines an ED threshold for a transmission, where the ED threshold is based on a characteristic of the transmission, a channel, or the UE/base station excluding a maximum transmit power of the UE or the base station. The UE or the base station determines whether an energy on the channel is less than the determined ED threshold. The UE or the base station transmits on the channel when the energy is determined to be less than the ED threshold.

Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) indicating two or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The UE may differentiate that the two or more TCI states apply to all demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports or all transmission layers across all resource blocks and symbols for the PDSCH from TCI states that apply to different sets of DMRS ports or different sets of resource blocks or symbols. The UE may generate a composite quasi-co-location (QCL) based on the two or more TCI states in response to the differentiating. The UE may receive the PDSCH based on the composite QCL.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine resource selection priority levels associated with available resources for sidelink signaling in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band, the resources selection priority levels may be determined based on resource reservation information of the available resources, a time domain location of the available resources, or both. For example, a first resource of the available resources may be associated with a higher priority than a second resource of the available resources in resource selection. The UE may select one or more resources for the sidelink signaling from the available resources based on the resource selection priority levels associated with the available resources. The UE may transmit the sidelink signaling on the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band using the one or more selected resources.
