Abstract: This application discloses an apparatus for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel. The manufacturing apparatus includes a vacuum attaching station, a pneumatic transmission mechanism and a sealant curing station, the vacuum attaching station is configured to support the liquid crystal panel on which sealant coating and substrate attaching have been completed, the pneumatic transmission mechanism is disposed at the vacuum attaching station and between the vacuum attaching station and the sealant curing station, the pneumatic transmission mechanism is provided with a plurality of air holes, and an angle included between an air discharging direction of the air holes and the liquid crystal panel is an acute angle.

Abstract: A display device is provided, including a backlight module and a liquid crystal display module. The backlight module is provided with a through hole. The liquid crystal display module includes a display panel and a lower polarizing film and an upper polarizing film arranged on two opposite sides of the display panel. A first via hole is in the lower polarizing film. A second via hole is in the upper polarizing film and arranged corresponding to the first via hole. A light shielding portion is arranged at two side edges of the second via hole. Such configuration avoids light leakage from the first via hole and the second via hole of the liquid crystal display module, and improves shooting performance of the camera module and also enhances market competitiveness.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a display panel is provided and includes providing a substrate; and forming a buffer layer, a polysilicon layer, a gate electrode, an interlayer insulating layer, a first transparent electrode layer, a source electrode and drain electrode line, and a touch control line on the substrate in sequence. A masking process is omitted using a planarization layer as a photoresist layer of the interlayer insulating layer. One more masking process is omitted by forming the pixel electrode, the source electrode and drain electrode line and the touch control line in a same masking process.

Abstract: A buffer tank for panel cooling device is provided and includes a tank body and a carry mechanism provided in the tank body. The carry mechanism has a first slide rail, a second slide rail and a plurality of supporting frames, the first slide rail and the second slide rail are opposite to each other and fixed in the tank body, the supporting frames are arranged on the first slide rail and the second slide rail, and the supporting frames are configured to be moveable relative to the first slide rail and the second slide rail. In the disclosure, the fixed supporting frame in the buffer tank is changed to be a supporting frame intelligently driven to scroll. When cleaning and maintaining the buffer tank or handling the buffer tank fragments, the supporting frames are rolled together and are all abutted to provide enough working space to enhance operation safety.

Abstract: A touch array substrate and a touch display panel are provided, including a base substrate, a TFT layer, a flat layer, a metal wiring layer, an insulating layer, a bottom transparent electrode, a passivation layer and a top transparent electrode. The metal wiring layer includes a touch signal line, a dummy wiring and a connection wiring connecting the touch signal line and the dummy wiring. The critical dimension of the connection wiring is smaller than the critical dimensions of the touch signal line and the dummy wiring, or a portion of the connection wiring close to the first via is bent away from the first via, to enlarge the distance between the connection wiring and the first via. The connection wiring is prevented from falling into the first via and contacting the TFT layer, and the top transparent electrode and the bottom transparent electrode are prevented from being directly short-circuited.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate, a display panel, and an electronic apparatus. The array substrate may include: multiple gate lines each extending along a first linear direction; and multiple data lines each extending along a second linear direction, wherein the multiple gate lines and the multiple data lines are interlaced with each other, the second linear direction is substantially perpendicular to the first linear direction; wherein a notch is defined on the upper edge. By the present disclosure, a wiring path of at least one of the gate lines or at least one of the data lines may avoid the notch. Therefore, a technical problem of uneven distribution of gate lines or data lines and abnormal display image due to the irregular shape of the display panel may be solved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor, and a thin film transistor, relating to the technical field of liquid crystal display. The method comprises steps of: forming a buffer layer, an active layer, a gate insulator layer, and a gate electrode layer successively on a glass substrate and patterning these layers; forming an inter-layer dielectric layer on the buffer layer, the active layer, and the gate electrode layer and patterning the inter-layer dielectric layer; forming a source and a drain on the inter-layer dielectric layer, enabling the source and the drain to come into contact with the active layer, and patterning the source and the drain; forming a passivation layer and an organic photoresist layer successively on the inter-layer dielectric layer, the source, and the drain, and patterning the organic photoresist layer; dry-etching the passivation layer by using the organic photoresist layer as a mask, so as to form a hole on the passivation layer; and forming an organic light-emitting device by means of the hole on the passivation layer. The method saves a mask, requires simple techniques, and saves manufacturing costs. Besides, the developer is not able to come into direct contact with exposed aluminum of the source and the drain resulted from etching of the passivation layer. The method thus achieves the aim of improving product characteristics.
