Abstract: An apparatus may be configured to communicate at least one pilot signal with another apparatus according to a first configuration, at least one of a lower frequency density or a higher time density being indicated by the first configuration than a second configuration for a type of pilot signal that includes the at least one pilot signal. The apparatus may be further configured to communicate with the other apparatus based on the at least one pilot signal. Another apparatus may be configured to receive, from a base station, spatial relationship information or transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state information corresponding to a directional beam at the UE for communication on a channel. The apparatus may be further configured to apply the directional beam for communication with the base station on another channel in a sub-6 gigahertz (GHz) frequency band.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a report of a maximum transport block size supported by the UE for if hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback is enabled and a maximum transport block size for is HARQ is disabled. The UE may receive, based at least in part on transmitting the report, one or more transport blocks that have a transport block size that does not exceed the maximum transport block sizes supported by the UE. In some aspects, the UE may receive an indication of a length of a span for receiving a set of bits from channel encoder output for a transport block or a redundancy version of a transport block. The UE determines whether to use one or more standard parameters or one or more satellite-cell specific parameters for accessing the first cell. The one or more standard parameters are based on one or more standard characteristics common to a plurality of satellites including the first satellite. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for using a radio access network (RAN) level negative acknowledgement (NAK) feedback to indicate at least one missing frame from an encoding device. The RAN level NAK feedback replaces or preempts a decoding device sending an end-to-end feedback to the encoding device using real-time transport protocol (RTP) that has a long latency and may cause freezes at the decoding device. For example, an encoding device may send to a network entity a request for a configuration that configures the encoding device to transmit media frames to the decoding device. The network entity may provide a NAK feedback indicating at least one missing frame. Having received the configuration in response to the request, the encoding device transmits media frames to the decoding device via the network entity, and monitors for NAK feedback from the network entity in accordance with the configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for providing access control for multicast or broadcast (MC/BC) services. A base station broadcasts one or more cell barring parameters to a group of user equipment (UEs) that indicate whether the UEs of the group of UEs is permitted to select the cell of the base station for receiving the MC/BC services. The base station also broadcasts one or more access control parameters to a set of one or more UEs, of the group of UEs, that are indicated to be permitted to select the cell for receiving the MC/BC services based on the one or more cell barring parameters. The one or more access control parameters indicate whether the set of one or more UEs is permitted to establish or resume the RRC connected state with the base station for receiving the MC/BC services.
