Abstract: The invention provides a TFT array substrate and LCD panel. the TFT array substrate comprises a first metal layer, a first interlayer insulating layer, a second metal layer, a second interlayer insulating layer and a third metal layer sequentially disposed above the substrate. The first, second and third metal layers comprise a plurality of first, second and third fanout lines in the fanout line area, respectively; two of the first, second, and third fanout lines are connected to the data lines, and the other is connected with the touch line; because the first interlayer insulating layer is disposed between the first and second fanout lines, and the second interlayer insulating layer is disposed between the third and second fanout lines, the first, second and third fanout lines can overlap, which can effectively reduce the fanout line area and help to achieve a narrow border.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module and a display device using the backlight module. Abstract: A display device comprises a backlight module, a display panel and a first glue layer. The backlight module comprises a light guiding plate, a flexible reflecting sheet and a light source. The light guiding plate is provided with a light incoming face, a light outgoing face, a back face and a plurality of side faces. The flexible reflecting sheet is provided with a first area segment and a plurality of second area segments. The back face of the light guiding plate leans against the first area segment; the second area segments are connected to the first area segment and are bent relative to the first area segment; and at least part of the second area segments cover the side faces of the light guiding plate correspondingly. The light source is arranged on the flexible reflecting sheet and is aligned with the light incoming face of the light guiding plate. The light outgoing face faces the display panel. The display panel and the backlight module adhere to each other through the first glue layer. The first glue layer is located between the display panel and the second area segments of the flexible reflecting sheet. The invention also discloses an assembling method of the display device. Thus, the display device can achieve the frame narrowing function.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a touch display panel having a notch. A first resistance of a touch electrode is defined as the sum of a contact resistance between the touch electrode and the touch electrode's corresponding wire, and a resistance of the corresponding wire. For touch electrodes of an identical area, the touch electrodes have an identical first resistances. For touch electrodes of different areas, the touch electrodes of smaller areas have greater first resistances than those of the touch electrodes of greater areas. A consistent RC loading is obtained for touch electrodes of different areas, thereby effectively eliminating the touch and display differences resulted from the different areas of touch electrodes as the touch display panel has a notch design.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a method of having a built-in polarizer in a LCD panel, a LCD device, and a LCD device manufacturing method. The method of having built-in polarizer in a LCD panel taught by the present invention uses a nano imprinting technique to form a wire-grid built-in polarizer. The built-in polarizer, when applied to a LCD device, is able to resolve the QDCF-based product's difficulty in controlling light's on and off and to enhance backlight utilization efficiency. The built-in polarizer has a sandwich structure where a metallic wire grid layer is sandwiched between a first inorganic protection layer and a second inorganic protection layer, preventing the metallic wire grid layer from erosion by oxidation and enhancing the operation life of the built-in polarizer.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a LTPS TFT substrate and its manufacturing method. The manufacturing method, after forming vias using the photoresist layer on the ILD layer and the gate insulation layer above the source/drain contact regions, and before peeling the photoresist layer, forms conductive layers in the vias by depositing conductive material in the vias. The source/drain electrodes contact the conductive layers in the vias and therefore are conducted to the source/drain contact regions, thereby effectively resolving the problem of contact impedance being too high between the source/drain electrodes and the source/drain contact regions from the existing re-etch LDD technique. Then, through the re-etch LDD technique, the present invention is able to omit a mask process without sacrificing product characteristics. In addition, the vias and the photoresist layer have undercut structure, preventing the deposited conductive material from affecting the photoresist layer's peeling and guaranteeing the photoresist layer's peeling efficiency.
