Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network node, a first message indicating one or more parameters associated with a limited mobility zone within a coverage area of one or more cells. The method also includes transmitting, to the network node, a second message indicating the UE is within the limited mobility zone in accordance with determining the UE is within the limited mobility zone in accordance with the one or more parameters. The method further includes receiving, from the network node, a third message including first paging information in accordance with a first paging configuration associated with the limited mobility zone.

Abstract: An integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node may establish a first connection with a first base station, establish a second connection with a second base station, and receive an indication, from the first base station or the second base station, that indicates at least one of the first base station or the second base station is to serve as an IAB donor for the IAB node. The first base station may indicate to the second base station, based on the second connection being established with the IAB node, that at least one of a first base station or the second base station is to serve as an IAB donor for the IAB node.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may receive, via a first interface of a repeater, information associated with a second interface of the repeater. The base station may determine a configuration for the second interface of the repeater based at least in part on the information associated with the second interface, and may communicate the configuration for the second interface of the repeater via the first interface. In some aspects, a repeater may transmit, to a base station via a first interface, information associated with a second interface of the repeater. The repeater may receive, via the first interface, a configuration for the second interface, and may configure the second interface based at least in part on the configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Some aspects relate generally to UE discontinuous reception (DRX) timing in association with a cell discontinuous transmission (DTX) configuration and/or a cell DRX configuration (“cell DTX/DRX configuration”). Some aspects more specifically relate to modifying one or more UE DRX timers in association with a cell DTX cycle and/or a cell DRX cycle (“cell DTX/DRX cycle”). For example, in some aspects, a UE may modify UE DRX timers to maintain a number of activity states in association with the cell DTX/DRX configuration. For example, the UE may maintain a UE active time, a UE DRX inactive time, a cell DTX non-active time, a cell DRX non-active time, and/or a cell DTX/DRX non-active time in association with the cell DTX/DRX configuration.

Abstract: Method and apparatus to rewrite BAP headers in IAB networks. The apparatus receives, from a second base station, a routing configuration indicating a mapping between a first routing ID and a second routing ID. The apparatus receives a packet with a packet header indicating the first routing ID. The apparatus determines the second routing ID based on the routing configuration mapping the first routing ID in the packet header to the second routing ID. The apparatus modifies, based on a determination of the second routing ID, the packet header to replace the first routing ID with the second routing ID. The apparatus transmits the packet based on the second routing ID.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for repeater power management for positioning are described. An apparatus is configured to receive a DL transmission(s) at a reception power level. The DL transmission(s) is associated with an initial transmission power level including an initial power characteristic(s) that is different from a repeater power characteristic(s) of a repeater transmission power level associated with the DL transmission(s). The initial transmission power level and the repeater transmission power level are associated with communication for a positioning session. The apparatus is also configured to obtain an indication of the repeater power characteristic(s) of the repeater transmission power level.
