    Abstract: Present disclosure provides techniques for migrating integrated access and backhaul (IAB) nodes from the source centralized unit (CU) to a target IAB-donor-CU of a base station. Features of the present disclosure achieve such migration by configuring the IAB distributed unit (IAB-DU) to establish F1-connection (F1-C) with the target IAB-donor-CU via the source path before the user equipment (UE) context transfer occurs. To this end, the source IAB-donor-CU may initiate an F1-C establishment between IAB-node DU and target IAB-donor-CU. The source IAB-donor-CU may do so by acting or presenting as an IAB-node-DU proxy to the target IAB-donor-CU. At the same time, the source IAB-donor-CU may act or present as a target-IAB-donor-CU proxy to the IAB-node-DU. Thus, in some cases, the source IAB-donor-CU may present as both the IAB-node-DU proxy (to the target IAB-donor-CU) and as a target-IAB-donor-CU proxy (to the IAB-node-DU).

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for dynamic indication of tracking references signal (TRS) and wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) that is operating in a first operating mode may receive one or more TRS parameters from a network entity for the UE to perform channel measurements associated with one or more TRSs. The UE may receive a dynamic paging indicator message that indicates a set of updated TRS parameters. The dynamic paging indicator may include at least one TRS parameter that is different from the one or more TRS parameters. The UE may then receive one or more TRSs, and may perform channel measurement in accordance with the set of updated TRS parameters.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A repeater extends coverage of wireless communications services between two wireless nodes (a base station and a user equipment (UE)). A network control node (e.g., a base station) receives a first indication of a capability of a repeater to detect a time division duplexing (TDD) pattern of a channel between the base station and the UE. The base station transmits, to the UE and via the repeater, one or more parameters associated with the UE performing one or more channel measurements and reference signals for the channel measurements. The base station transmits, to the repeater, a second indication of a TDD pattern of the channel based on the capability of the repeater. Based on the indication of the TDD pattern, the repeater adjusts one or more radio frequency components of the repeater.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for assisted frequency scan signaling are described. A method for wireless communication at a cell may comprise entering a semi-active state corresponding to an energy-saving mode of operation of the cell; configuring a downlink signal to assist at least one user equipment (UE) to detect a synchronization signal transmitted from at least one cell in an active state; and transmitting the downlink signal during the semi-active state. A method for wireless communication at a UE may comprise receiving a downlink signal from a cell in a semi-active state corresponding to an energy-saving mode of operation of the cell; detecting, based at least in part on the downlink signal, a synchronization signal transmitted from at least one cell in an active state; and establishing a connection with the at least one cell in the active state based at least in part on the synchronization signal.

    Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for performing coordinated clear channel assessments (CCAs) in a shared radiofrequency band are provided. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a first wireless communication device includes: receiving a control signal indicating a CCA trigger associated with the first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device; performing, based on the CCA trigger, a CCA; transmitting, to the second wireless communication device based on the CCA, a first CCA success signal; receiving, from the second wireless communication device, a second CCA success signal; initiating, based on the first CCA success signal and the second CCA success signal, a channel occupancy time (COT); and amplifying and forwarding a communication in the COT.
