    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support allocation of resources for a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) for reduced bandwidth devices. In a first aspect, a method includes monitoring, by a user equipment (UE) configured for reduced bandwidth operation, at least a subset of a first set of time and frequency resources allocated to a synchronization signal block (SSB) for UEs configured for non-reduced bandwidth operation. The SSB includes synchronization signals and a PBCH. The method includes monitoring, by the UE, a second set of time and frequency resources allocated to the PBCH for UEs configured for reduced bandwidth operation. The method includes receiving, by the UE, the synchronization signals and the PBCH within at least the subset of the first set of time and frequency resources and the second set of time and frequency resources. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: One apparatus may be configured to transmit a set of reference signals on shared resources of a first communication link and a second communication link, the set of reference signals indicating an interference channel on the shared resources. The apparatus may further communicate data or control information on the first communication link following transmission of the set of reference signals. Another apparatus may be configured to detect a signal on shared resources of a first communication link and a second communication link, the signal being indicating an interference channel on the shared resources. The other apparatus may further perform channel estimation on the interference channel based on detecting the signal. The UE may receive a grant of a set of resources for an uplink data transmission to a base station.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with a low latency mode indication that indicates one or more different retransmission timelines or repetition techniques relative to communications that are not associated with the low latency mode indication. The base station may provide the low latency mode indication in downlink control information (DCI) that may include a resource grant for uplink resources for an uplink communication, such as for a UE transmission of pose information of an extended reality (XR) application. The low latency mode indication may signal that no retransmissions of the uplink communication are to be transmitted, that a different retransmission timeline is enabled for low latency mode communications, that retransmissions may happen based on a particular timeline that is determined according to one or more timers, or any combinations thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a dual connectivity configuration for a set of communication links, where at least one communication link of the set includes a sidelink. The UE may transmit a report based on an event associated with the sidelink that triggers the power headroom report. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may identify a carrier aggregation configuration for a set of communication links where at least one communication link of the set is a sidelink. The UE may determine an event associated with the sidelink that triggers a power headroom report, and transmit the power headroom report based on the determined event associated with the sidelink that triggers the power headroom report.
