Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a source base station, configuration information for a conditional handover, where the configuration information indicates an execution condition and one or more carrier aggregation configurations associated with one or more candidate base stations, and where the execution condition is based at least in part on at least one of a beam-based measurement or a cell-based measurement and at least one of special cells or secondary cells (SCells) associated with the one or more candidate base stations. The UE may transmit, to a candidate base station of the one or more candidate base stations, a message to initiate the conditional handover based at least in part on the execution condition having been satisfied. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a user equipment (UE) that may receive an indication of a proximity discovery resource in a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) symbol from a network entity. The UE may transmit a proximity discovery request including the indication of the proximity discovery resource. The UE may receive a PSFCH sequence associated with the proximity discovery resource from other UEs that may respond to the proximity discovery request. The UE may transmit a bit map sequence indicative of the other UEs to the network entity. The network entity may determine a proximity between the UE and the other UEs based on the bit map sequence. The network entity may schedule the UE and the other UEs based on the proximity.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, related to long term sensing based inter-operator coexistence techniques for unlicensed high bands providing a measurement framework and candidate measurements, along with channel selection, per-beam channel deselection, and dynamic frequency selection. In one aspect, a network entity may determine that a non-coordinating node satisfies a communication presence threshold based on the at least one long term sensing measurement, and transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), an indication of a remedial action, or adjusting the communication channel based on the determination. In another aspect, a UE may obtain at least one long term sensing measurement, and transmit a long term sensing report including the at least one long term sensing measurement.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving radio resource control (RRC) signaling indicating a set of cells that support physical (PHY) layer or medium access control (MAC) layer mobility signaling, receiving at least one downlink control information (DCI) indicating mobility information for the set of cells, and updating one or more features of the set of cells based on the DCI.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving radio resource control (RRC) signaling indicating a set of cells that support physical (PHY) layer or medium access control (MAC) layer mobility signaling, receiving at least one MAC control element (CE) indicating mobility information for the set of cells, and updating one or more features of the set of cells based on the MAC CE.
