In some aspects, a network node may receive configuration information, the configuration information indicating that a Layer 1 / Layer 2 (L1/L2) control signal is to be used to indicate when the network node is to: switch from additional transmission reception point (TRP) functionality to primary TRP functionality for a primary serving cell, or switch from a secondary serving cell to the primary serving cell and activate the primary TRP functionality. The network node may receive the L1/L2 control signal. The network node may activate, based at least in part on the L1/L2 control signal, the primary TRP functionality. Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and systems for resource selection supporting the identification of resources for receiving two-stage downlink control information (DCI). In some systems, for example, a base station may transmit a first stage DCI and a second stage DCI to a user equipment. The first stage DCI may include control information for a group of UEs including the UE and the second stage DCI may include control information that is specific to the UE. The UE may determine a resource to use for receiving the second stage DCI based on an indication in the first stage DCI. In some examples, the UE may determine a resource from a resource pool based on a resource selector included in the first stage DCI and receive the second stage DCI over the determined resource. The resource pool may be indicated by the first stage DCI or pre-configured at the UE.

The UE may transmit, to a candidate base station of the one or more candidate base stations, a message to initiate the conditional handover based at least in part on the execution condition having been satisfied. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a user equipment (UE) that may receive an indication of a proximity discovery resource in a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) symbol from a network entity. The UE may transmit a proximity discovery request including the indication of the proximity discovery resource. The UE may receive a PSFCH sequence associated with the proximity discovery resource from other UEs that may respond to the proximity discovery request. The UE may transmit a bit map sequence indicative of the other UEs to the network entity. The network entity may determine a proximity between the UE and the other UEs based on the bit map sequence. The network entity may schedule the UE and the other UEs based on the proximity.
