    Abstract: A user equipment obtains configuration information used to detect a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value of a signal on an unlicensed frequency, samples the signal on the unlicensed frequency at a sampling interval included in the configuration information to obtain RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency sampled at sampling moments. The user equipment determines statistics on the RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency within a statistical window, obtains an RSSI value statistical result of the signal on the unlicensed frequency based on the statistics, and reports the RSSI value statistical result to a base station.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a paging method and apparatus. The method includes receiving, by user equipment (UE), a system message broadcast by a base station, where the system message carries a system parameter and configuration information of a paging message, and the configuration information includes time-frequency information of the paging message. The method also includes determining, by the UE, a paging cycle, a paging frame (PF) and a paging occasion (PO) subframe according to the system parameter, and determining, by the UE according to the configuration information, a time-frequency resource occupied by the paging message in the PO subframe. The method also includes detecting, by the UE within the paging cycle according to the PF, the PO subframe, and the time-frequency resource, whether the paging message exists in a physical downlink shared channel PDSCH.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multi-carrier measurement configuration method and apparatus, so as to resolve a problem in the prior art that when UE aggregates multiple carriers, a carrier measurement manner cannot be configured, applicability is relatively low, and carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE is reduced. The method is: receiving, by UE, measurement configuration information that is delivered by a network side and that carries gap measurement configuration information or small gap measurement configuration information, and measuring multiple carriers based on received processing configuration information, so as to implement configuration of a carrier measurement manner by the network side, thereby improving applicability of carrier measurement, and improving carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for transmitting a data packet, a sending end device and a receiving end device. The method includes: determining quality of service requirement information of service data according to content or type of the service data; carrying the quality of service requirement information in a data packet corresponding to the service data; and sending the data packet carrying the quality of service requirement information to a receiving end, so as for the receiving end to perform scheduling processing on the data packet according to the quality of service requirement information. By adopting the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, a received data packet is scheduled according to the quality of service requirement information, thereby effectively improving the processing efficiency of the data packet.
