    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may establish inter-band carrier aggregation with a synchronization signal block (SSB) anchor carrier and an SSB-less carrier. The UE may measure a synchronization signal (SS) reference signal received quality (RSRQ) of the SSB-less carrier based on a ratio of a quantity of resource blocks multiplied by an SS reference signal received power (RSRP) and divided by a New Radio (NR) received signal strength indicator (RSSI), where the SS-RSRP is measured based on an SSB on the anchor carrier. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to support interleaving physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) messages. The base station may schedule two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations based on the reported capability of the UE, and the UE may transmit interleaved PUSCH messages scheduled by the base station. In some cases, demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling may be enabled for PUSCH transmissions. A UE may be incapable of both performing DMRS bundling for PUSCH transmissions and transmitting interleaved PUSCH transmissions. In some case, a UE may disable DMRS bundling, drop a scheduled PUSCH transmission, transmit PUSCH messages sequentially (e.g., not interleaved), and/or indicate an error to the base station if the UE receives uplink grants scheduling two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations.

    Abstract: A configuration for a UE that measures CLI to determine the reception timing of the CLI signal transmitted from a UE in another cell. Aspects of a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are presented herein that provide a solution to the problem of measuring CLI signals by improving the manner in which a wireless device determines the reception timing of a transmitted CLI signal. An apparatus receives a first downlink signal from a first base station. The apparatus receiving a second downlink signal from a second base station. The apparatus determines a CLI signal measurement from a second UE received at the first UE based on a propagation delay difference, the propagation delay difference being based on the first downlink signal and the second downlink signal.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for configuring a UE with a relay measurement configuration for measuring one or more candidate relays in preparation of switching to a target relay. The apparatus receives, from a source relay, a candidate relay configuration. The candidate relay configuration including information of candidate relays and a relay measurement configuration. The apparatus measures a reference signal of the source relay and each of the candidate relays based on the candidate relay configuration. The apparatus transmits, to the source relay, a measurement report of the reference signal of the subset of candidate relays. The apparatus establishes a connection with a subset of candidate relays. The apparatus receives, from the source relay, a relay switch command to switch to a target relay from the subset of candidate relays.
