In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may establish inter-band carrier aggregation with a synchronization signal block (SSB) anchor carrier and an SSB-less carrier. The UE may measure a synchronization signal (SS) reference signal received quality (RSRQ) of the SSB-less carrier based on a ratio of a quantity of resource blocks multiplied by an SS reference signal received power (RSRP) and divided by a New Radio (NR) received signal strength indicator (RSSI), where the SS-RSRP is measured based on an SSB on the anchor carrier. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to support interleaving physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) messages. The base station may schedule two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations based on the reported capability of the UE, and the UE may transmit interleaved PUSCH messages scheduled by the base station. In some cases, demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling may be enabled for PUSCH transmissions. A UE may be incapable of both performing DMRS bundling for PUSCH transmissions and transmitting interleaved PUSCH transmissions. In some case, a UE may disable DMRS bundling, drop a scheduled PUSCH transmission, transmit PUSCH messages sequentially (e.g., not interleaved), and/or indicate an error to the base station if the UE receives uplink grants scheduling two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations.

The apparatus determines a CLI signal measurement from a second UE received at the first UE based on a propagation delay difference, the propagation delay difference being based on the first downlink signal and the second downlink signal.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to random access procedures. In one example, a UE initiates a random access procedure with a base station, and receives a random access response (RAR) message from the base station in response to the initiating of the random access procedure. The UE further determines a redundancy version (RV) pattern comprising a sequence of a plurality of RVs. The UE also transmits an uplink (UL) communication to the base station as part of the random access procedure. The UL communication comprises a plurality of repetitions of a UL message, each repetition being an iteration of the UL message that is configured by applying a respective RV of the plurality of RVs to the UL message based on the sequence. The UE further receives a downlink message from the base station based on the UL message. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.
