Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a thin film transistor, a light-emitting element, a connection electrode and a conducting portion. The TFT is located on the base substrate; the light-emitting element is located on the TFT and includes a first electrode and a second electrode which are spaced apart from each other; the first electrode is electrically connected with the TFT; the connection electrode is located between the base substrate and the light-emitting element and insulated from the TFT; and the conducting portion is configured to connect the second electrode and the connection electrode in parallel.
